Great Software for my Business
I am part of the businesses that opted into the pilot stage, carried out by Biznamy from the 6th of July this year (2026). I am still using the service, and I'm extremely satisfied with what their software is able to provide for my startup business. I will definitely continue using the software even after the end of the pilot stage.
What Biznamy provides is an all-in-one, white-labeled solution that helps businesses automate their operations for a small monthly fee. With Biznamy, you just create a business account, configure it, and instantly you have a client portal, staff portal, remote workers portal, a job board if you run an online digital service, and much more. Configuring your business account involves setting up what your customers or workers will be using or seeing when they create an account from your page. This includes:
- Adding a custom domain name to take advantage of their white-labeling feature that allows you to brand your portal fully.
- Configuring your email host settings so that you are able to send notifications using your custom email. There are several options for this.
- Creating customer-facing order/project forms using dynamic form-building tools.
- Configuring custom appearance and styles so that your portal looks unique.
- Customizing your mobile app if you want your users to install a fully customized, white-labeled app (with your business name) instead of accessing your business from the browser.
- Configuring payment settings. I like their approach here; they really thought it through well. Biznamy only offers the software layer, meaning that they do not process your payments. The funds hit your merchant account directly. Their software simply connects your clients to your merchant account based on the payment settings you have configured (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
When a client creates an order, project, etc., an order/project dashboard is created from which all parties—including workers, QAs, managers, and admins—can perform different tasks, such as commenting, uploading files, and requesting reworks or revisions.
Honestly, I can't review everything about Biznamy because it's full of great features. Apart from excellent functionality and UX, security is one of their major strengths. You realize this as soon as you onboard the service.
