This lending company totally destroyed…
This lending company totally destroyed my business. They are quick to sue you and take everything you have or dont have when you come into a hardship. They also like to contact your vendors and put stop payments on you so you cant receive unpaid invoices. They like to put UCC on you so they can take the money right from your clients. And believe me they will take every cent leaving you with nothing to maintain your company. And what else they like to do is if you miss one payment they dont even contact you they will contact your client’s again and put another UCC so they can forceable take more money from you . And im talking 10s of thousands they take. This is what this lender practices. Now I've lost everything, my company is gone, my life has been destroyed. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING AT ALL . SO NOW ALL I HAVE IN MY LIFE IS THIS CELL PHONE IM USING TO REPSOND TO THIS AS I NOW LIVE IN THE STREET HOMELESS. AND YES THEY STILL COME AFTER YOU. WHAT MORE DO YOU ANIMALES WANT IM HOMELESS , YOU CANT TAKE ANYTHING MORE FROM ME .

Our records show repeated outreach on our part via email, phone, and text, with the goal of working collaboratively to prevent your account from defaulting. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, and the account was ultimately sent to legal following several payment stoppages.
Even after default, we remained open to resolution and ultimately agreed to a settlement with your approval, as documented. At every stage, we acted in good faith and with the intention of finding a solution, not escalation.
We understand that financial strain can be overwhelming, but it's not accurate to characterize our actions as indifferent or aggressive. Our team followed standard legal and contractual processes—procedures designed to protect both our business and the funding ecosystem that enables us to support other small businesses.

This company was easy to work with and they were able to provide fast funding. 3 stars is because the cost of the funding was so high. But I also knew that going in and agreed to the cost.
