Since the latest mega.nz crappy update we've manually changed 99% of our links (pain in the ass considering we have over 2000 courses). but unfortunately, some links slipped down and your twisted luck got you into the 1% of the links which slipped down.
Anyways, you could have sent us a message right after your purchase regarding this issue and we would have fixed it for you as quickly as a bunny. which we already did.
the new links have been sent to your mail inbox, make sure to check your spam/junk folders.
You can also access them through your BizArena account dashboard.

response times for customer support are slow
the response times for customer support are slow. live chat is quite useless as there is no one on.
anyway, I had issues with my log-in information that has yet to be resolved. however, the course I purchased was received quickly and thankfully didn't have watermarks all over the pdf files. this is handy when you want to printout materials.
if they just solved the customer support issues... this would be an awesome resource.

Amazing Course Website!!!
Where do I start? I can't say enough good things about Bizarena. I love the courses and more importantly I love the customer service. If I need to reach out to Bizarena for anything (some of my actual examples are, I can't find a course module, the course is disappointing, I can't find the email link, I want a course and request, etc), Bizarena customer service always does their best to resolve my issue. Honestly, I don't even bother with other course services anymore - Bizarena is the best.
