When you first placed your order, the payment was not completed, which is why access wasn’t granted immediately. You later reached out to us over the weekend, but unfortunately, we weren’t available to respond right away. Before we could get back to you, you posted this review.

Great buying experience
I was able to buy the course I wanted at an incredibly low price. My order was processed quickly with zero problems. I did encounter a problem post purchase in that I could not access the account I had set up. However, within 24 hours of contacting BizArena they had got back to me with the problem sorted. Excellent responsive customer service and a really positive buying experience overall.

Video preview
I simply respect the fact that you are making courses available to individuals that don't have as much money to splurge. A preview of the course in short video format would be an added bonus though, just so one knows if this is what they are really looking for.
I was looking for a good financial literacy course, there weren't as many options to begin with but I found one that fit what I had in mind but the issue was I was not entirely sure if it was going to address what I was particularly looking for and a video preview would have given me an idea... But besides that; everything else was great 👍🏾
