Oplichters. Niets bestellen daar
Tot op de dag van vandaag niets geleverd en geen geld terug. Oplichters zijn het. Ik had een produkt van L’Oreal aangeschaft voor mijn dochter. Ik begrijp niet dat die hun produkten via die oplichters leveren. Een bedrijf als Biuky moet via de social media kapot worden gemaakt. Volgens mij bestaat het mailadres info@biuky niet eens

How is this company still allowed to…
How is this company still allowed to trade and be online. It is clearly a scam. My daughter still waits for her parcel and checks everyday. It is 2 weeks late and the contact form just times out when I try to contact them and e-mails also doesn't get answered. What a scam company. It is a fraud and please don't make my mistake by ordering from them. Also paid a big delivery fee.

Verkeerd/beschadigd product
Ik heb hier een mascara besteld, maar kreeg een andere kleur (paars) binnen en die was volledig uitgedroogd. Het lijkt onmogelijk om contact met ze op te nemen, contactformulier op de website werkt niet en op mail (reply op bestelvestiging) wordt niet gereageerd. Het is nog geen heel groot bedrag, maar dit is niet ok! Oplichters dus, koop hier niets! (bestelnummer BIU-NL-21073119330628f90)

Complete fraud
I ordered a product from this website a long time ago. When I ordered the product, I never received it. There is no way you can contact the company. There is no phone number to contact them, and the form on the website does not work. So I am in complete darkness about the status of my order. As far as I am concerned, my €100 is lost. I am writing this to let others know that this is perhaps a scam. I don't know why Google still allows such shops to advertise their products.

Mijn 2e biuky ervaring
Mijn 1e zending heb ik keurig ontvangen. Nu een 2e gedaan maar heb er nu al spijt van! Je kunt geen bericht sturen via de website. Als je reageert op je bestelbevestiging via mail, hoor je niets terug. Zeer teleurstellend.

I should have check these comments before ordering. They promised delivery of June 7th but have not received any status and cannot use the customer center because it does not recognize the order number they provided me. I don't know what to do...
