Klare Empfehlung!

Wir nutzen bitpull.ai seit Dezember 2025 in unserem Webshop stich.wine und sind sehr zufrieden. Anfangs war ich ehrlich gesagt etwas skeptisch, ob unsere Kunden einen KI-Assistenten im Shop wirklich annehmen würden. Mittlerweile bin ich aber absolut überzeugt.

Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, dass Kunden den Assistenten sogar von sich aus erwähnt und uns positives Feedback dazu gegeben haben. Er beantwortet Fragen direkt im Webshop und hilft unseren Kunden schnell weiter – auch außerhalb unserer Öffnungszeiten.

Für uns ist bitpull.ai mittlerweile eine echte Unterstützung im täglichen Kundenservice. Klare Empfehlung!

Besser als gedacht
