Horrible customer service. I have previously purchased from the shop multiple times spending hundreds since I started with them.
Recently, they decided they will not accept my normal methods of payment and requested Bitcoin, which I've never used. I explained this via email, but they then ignored my emails after I sent a follow-up and no one picks up the phone.
DO NOT buy from Bitesize Delivery.
