Stay away from this platform they blocked my account without no reason and the customer support is unhelpful and inconsistent
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days ………….………… Seek help if you can

For almost a year, they have blocked the crypto card service. You can’t use your money, you can’t withdraw it, you can’t do anything.
They are a legally registered financial institution in Lithuania and have an office there with a physical address. They are supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. I suggest that anyone who has been affected by them file a complaint on the Bank of Lithuania’s website at lb.lt. It would be even more effective to file a collective complaint.

scam card company. After paying with crypto, they are not giving a card—total scam.

They play with the customer's trust and I trusted them too much and for too long. They want quick decisions and promise good returns. Everything looks good at first, but when you want to withdraw your funds they come up with different excuses why you can't withdraw them. Then comes the next request for a reward and so on. They will milk you dry if you just let them. They 100% are scammers!!!!

Card worked for a month maybe, i used it once or twice. Then i was not able to use it for 4 months due to "temporary issues". These "temporary" issues still there. My money locked out. So in short, they scammed me.

They have stolen all my money and deleted the transaction history too. So you will not be able to discuss anything even with them

They do not allow the withdrawal of the balance, claiming "banking problems", but they have been holding the money for months and at the same time deducting maintenance charges, although they no longer provide the service.

After depositing funds the card became frozen & unable to spend or withdraw. Blaming "system maintenance" but this has been going on almost 2 months now. No timeframes or real updates from company.

bit.store advertised themselves as a virtual card company , after registering with their site and depositing funds to my card , it worked for 2 days. and then they froze the card claiming they are under maintenance , this happened a month ago and they have not reimbursed or allowed withdrawals but they continue to take monthly deductions out of the card.

asking around in their discord about why this is got me kicked out and banned. avoid at all costs.

their service get always shut down for many reasons sometime maintenance and the most time is bank undergoing system maintenance and the problem take long time to get fixed , example im waiting them almost 1 month till now and the worse thing that they are charging me every month 1 dollar for cards im opening wth them while i cant use , i dont not advice anyone to work with them

this is a scam, i have an account balance of $300 that i deposited but i can't use the virtual cards or withdraw my money.
i want a refund of my money, the service has been down for a month now.

Please do not create Bit.store virtual cards because it has been more a month that we are trying to use our cards which $10k is stuck in more than 100 cards but their system is in maintainable and their says to wait. Our company which has created cards for the clients has gone into harsh liability to pay back the customer and bit.store does not let any transaction, any withdrawal or recharge please do not invest or put money into them - Solcard and Alchemypay are also connected to them and they always withdraw money from your cards and buy Bitcoins in order to make profit and do not think about the trust and demand of their customers……. If bit.store sees this message should provide a logical reason behind this disorder

The worst customer support, they reply by main in 2 days, plus they can't solve your problems.

Many bugs, you pay one transaction, they charge you fee 3 times.

I can't withdraw my money. They just ignore me.

They stole $75 from me and cancelled my card and they did not respond to me, be careful dealing with them, if you want to lose your money put it here

Bit.Store uses alchemypay.org as their payment provider and it is unreliable.
I luckily got my first card with no problem but when I tried to buy my second card, the provider didn't recognize my transaction and made the order "timeout".
I've contacted to alchemypay's customer support but got no response for a day.
Maybe it's not really a Bit.Store's problem but still better to avoid it since they chose some unreliable service as their payment provider.

I'm really disappointed because my first card works very well.

Checking The company social media posts you can see that its just trying to pump their token but they dont actually have anything real cards or services, just good marketing team. they simply stole my funds and they will dump the token on you if you buy it

This service is not well known, but for the moment I didn't have any problem with it.
It can be kinda stressfull because they take time to proceed the card (for me it took 25 min after transaction confirmation). But once you get the card everything is just fine.
The fees are really low, I saw some review telling that the custommer service is slow, but their real time chat is even online on Sunday and very helpful / reactive.
I'm really enjoying it, you can even recharge the card with only 0.3$ as fees. Crazy Amazing

Super nice crypto card!! Just top-up my crypto and then spend and withdraw in cash. Very easy and convenient to use!!!
