Noman Khan was great!
Noman Khan was great very informative, prompt and responsive. He gets 5 stars! He always made sure I was ok and was aware of the schedule.
The only issue we had was with the language with the tours for Ziyarat in Mecca and Madinah. We made it work, but both times English was not the strong suit. Make sure the person transporting you speaks the same language as you to get the full experience. For the overall experience gets 4 stars.

We had an absolutely incredible Umrah experience, and I truly cannot recommend this tour company enough. From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care, professionalism, and sincerity. Traveling for Umrah can be overwhelming, especially with logistics, timing, and accommodations, but this team made the entire journey smooth, stress-free, and deeply meaningful for our family.
A very special thank you to Hussnain Kiyani, who went above and beyond for us every step of the way. His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer questions, and he made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. Having someone so reliable and responsive made a huge difference, and it gave us so much peace of mind during such an important spiritual journey. Anyone planning Umrah should absolutely reach out to him directly at (917) 397-3499.
The hotels were well-located and comfortable, transportation was private and extremely convenient, and everything ran on time. We never felt rushed or confused, and we were able to fully focus on our ibadah without worrying about logistics. The entire experience felt thoughtfully planned and genuinely centered around the needs of the travelers.
This was truly a memorable and blessed journey, and we are so grateful for the effort and dedication put into making it special. Well planned and executed trip
We planned our Umrah trip with Bismillah Tours, working closely with Brother Rawal, for almost six months, and overall it was a really positive experience. From the very beginning, Brother Rawal was extremely detailed, patient, and helpful in executing everything we wanted for our trip. He took the time to understand our preferences and made sure nothing was overlooked.
Our flights and hotel arrangements were perfect. We stayed at Swissotel Makkah, and we chose to pay an additional charge for a Kaabah view room, which was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful, and being able to see the Kaabah from our window was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
All pickups and drop-offs were very prompt, and the drivers arranged by the company made sure we were on time for our flight connections and our train journey. Everything ran smoothly, which really took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The entire process felt seamless and easy to manage, and we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all — which is such a blessing when traveling for Umrah.
One thing we would recommend improving is clear communication about the refund policy ahead of time. We were informed that refunds were not applicable for our specific dates and trip, but having a more clearly outlined refund policy from the start would make it easier for customers in case of unexpected changes in plans.
That said, Brother Rawal was always prompt, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Anytime we had questions or needed clarification, he responded quickly and made sure we felt supported.
Overall, we had a great experience with Bismillah Tours and truly appreciated the care and effort that went into planning our Umrah. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized and stress-free journey.

Umrah in Ramadan
Salam everyone, booked Umrah with one of the agent - brother Rawal Abbas.
Hes has been on his toes finding a nice package for my family Umrah in Ramadan.
His behavior was very positive from day one and he has been responding to our queries in a swift manner and was able to communicate every detail about the trip.

Brother Mr. Hussnain kiyani is such an efficient and competent sales person that I would rather deal with him and him only in the future. It is my loss that I have to forego this trip.
It was costing me too much for a room nearest the Haram. I am hope to get 3 others before 2026 ends, and then I will contact Mr. H. Kiyani again and this time for not wasting his precious time with several calls and emails offering me my options.
This is exactly how a sales person can best serve his company. He's very polite even though he contacted me repeatedly with no better results. He's very good at persuasion and I was very tempted to take one of his offers. The only problem was too expensive for a hotel near the Kaba as a one person.
Thank You Brother H. K and my sincere apology for your efforts bearing no fruit with me, even though you tried emails, phone, Whatsapp, texts for a weeklong

He is truly a great person. At first, I was hesitant because I was worried about the cost, especially with rent and other expenses in the USA. I wasn’t even thinking about going for Umrah, but after speaking with him, he encouraged me so much and offered different options that worked within my budget. Alhamdulillah, I am going soon. He has excellent communication skills, responds promptly, and shows great patience.
