Brilliant from calling to report the problem to Lex arriving and doing the job. I had even had a phone call to say Lex would be a few minutes late. I would certainly recommend them.

Very good service
I contacted this plumbing company because my shower pump had stopped working. They gave me an appointment and explained the charges in advance. The plumber arrived on time, was pleasant and friendly, he looked at the shower and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more really!

Great Professional Service and Very Efficient
Great Service and Very Efficient
We had our annual boiler service which was done very quickly and efficiently. All our radiators were checked and they even helped look at a couple of bits that I had questions about. For not extra charge. The guy attending was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended,

Very slow draining basin
Since I've lived at my property (over 10 years) my bathroom basin has never drained properly. I have had two plumbers come and look at it who were not able to resolve the issue. The guy from Bishops immediately identified severe limescale build up as the cause and completely eradicated the issue. My basin now drains perfectly for the first time ever.

I have made Bishops Plumbers my go to when I have plumbing problems which it doesn't make sense to attempt. I recently had some leaks rectified & a follow up visit when I was concerned that I still had a problem. I have found them to be prompt efficient & polite. They are prepared to listen to the concern & give advise accordingly.

Excellent service and customer experience
I have just used Bishops to resolve a longstanding issue with our heating system. I have tried several companies who were unable to resolve the issue. Bishops came and performed an assessment then discussed our options and arranged a follow up to complete the work. Everything is now working as it should, we couldn't be happier. An excellent experience from the beginning. We will definitely use your company again.

Excessive Charges
We recently had a macerator replaced by this company. The unit itself is advertised at a retail
price of under £600. Yet the company charged £1,500 in total for labour and parts. The work took approximately three hours.
