Wedding Color Swatches

Everything came earlier than expected and we loved the selections! The materials were so nice and the colors were even better in person than online. I think their website is very accurate to what they showed. Thank you Birdy Grey! :)

Buyers Beware

I ordered a dress from Birdy Grey for a wedding months in advance (December 2025 for an April 2026 wedding). The first package never arrived, and the replacement order is now also lost in transit. Customer service repeatedly assured me the packages would arrive, downplayed my concerns, and pushed blame onto the carrier, even after I asked for proactive help.

I have spent countless hours contacting both Birdy Grey and the Gofo (their horrible carrier of choice) customer service line with no resolution. They agreed to rush ship out a replacement dress from their US-Based warehouse (all other dresses were made and shipped from China) but the dress I ordered was not in stock so they’re sending out a dress in a random style that matches the wedding’s colors, which, in my eye, is not a fair solution.

Given that the wedding is approaching, I am left with no other options. I’m extremely frustrated that a company specializing in weddings, a highly time-sensitive industry, does not take responsibility for lost shipments or provide reliable fulfillment.

Swatch Nightmare

The swatches we ordered did not give us all the colors in the dress so we had to order more and they took forever to come. That made us pressed for time to get the dresses ordered. It was very stressful! For future reference make sure your swatches are a true representation of all the colors in your patterned dresses.

They could do better with delivery

They could do better on following directions for delivery I asked them to put my package in the mailbox and they ended up putting it on my stairwell in front of my house

Absolutely awful delivery experience

Absolutely awful delivery experience. It blows my mind why companies like yourselves choose to use ontrac or veho for shipping and fulfillment. It's slower, their customer service is terrible, and I've never had a package delivered correctly the first time. I will be going to a competitor based on your shipping alone.

Our team uses dozens of carriers for delivery, based on zip code analysis, to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.
