If I could give a minus 5 star review I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Incompetent, arrogant & refuse to assist.
Attempted to amend delivery address & was told I have to call UPS about THEIR account - obviously UPS will not give ANY info when I do not have the acct details. Train your CS and managers to provide actual customer service
Product received not as shown. Found other reviews stating similar problems with the company. Avoid this company and go with someone reputable where you get product as shown.
If I could give a ZERO to this company I would.
I ordered a Unisex Safari themed gift basket.
I paid extra for flowers.
I upgraded the bottle of bubbly to wine.
I paid extra for "extras" like books.
The basket was delivered to my niece "beat to crap" (her description).
The flowers sent were "moldy and smelly" (again, my niece's description).
All the items in the basket were pink.
No books or toys like shown in the picture.
No wine was sent.
ALL PINK CLOTHES in a Safari/Unisex themed basket!
I tried to call BirBaby....over and over for two days.
Left messages.
A representative emailed and said they would give no refund. Items are put in as substitutions.
No refund for the wine.
No refund for the damaged basket.
No refund for the smelly flowers.
No refund for the NO EXTRAS.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
NO HELP ON CHAT.
NO RETURN CALL.
NOTHING.
A $200 dollar lesson I won't forget.
Please don't use this company.....
