Bio Reference doesn't deliver, find another lab!!
I chose this lab as it was close to work, approved by my insurance company and I heard they were far less expensive than the other options in my area. This is Route 3. Plattsburgh, NY location.
Their Staff were not warm or friendly, I felt as though I was interrupting. They never gave me an estimate how long it would take to get my results and I have now waited 8 days. I signed up for their portal and the only result I can see is a Covid test from 2022. I have called them 3 times for an update...they said it was because I had a coronary panel done and that only goes out on Tuesday and Thursdays...I was there on a Monday. I was very confused. I'm 61, every other lab I've used, reports to my My Chart account with hours of the blood work. I called the 800 number in NJ, I was on hold forever. They don't know where my blood work is and told me to call back tomorrow for an update. They won't email or call me themselves, I have to make a fourth phone call tomorrow to get my blood results. I hope I am not dying. Perhaps the worst possible customer service I have every experienced at every level in their organization. Don't waste your time or resources....go somewhere else!!!
