This company is upto no good, they only fake promote their company. All the reviews here are fake and are probably done by themselves. Stay away

My father has suffered from celiac disease for 10 years and I thought maybe this was a family thing. The test confirmed that I was quite susceptible to being gluten intolerant. Since taking their test, I’ve eliminated gluten from my diet and implemented some of their other health recommendations. I’m less bloated and full of energy. Highly recommend it.

Got gut testing done 3 months ago and I like the level of detail covered in the reports. The diet plan made it easy to learn what to eat and what not to eat. Got my results on time and faced no major issues while taking the test.

Nonetheless, I went for it and you know what they say, third time lucky. One of their counselors explained that I had high levels of H Pylori in my gut, causing rosacea and flare-ups. I bought Bione’s My Microbiome Test to find out what was causing my skin & hair issues. I was concerned about how my sample would stay “fresh” through the whole process of them collecting and taking to the lab to test. Their customer service team was very friendly and explained that the kit contained a substance to retain the freshness of the sample. They also responded quickly to all my questions about delivery.

I ordered 2 DNA tests for my husband and I and we both definitely feel like we got our money’s worth. I liked that the delivery and sample collection was done on time (I despise late deliveries), we got our reports in a month and upon reading realized that we had some serious nutrient deficiencies. Other than that, reports were comprehensive and it is fair to say that Bione met our expectations.

Bione is not a company to be trusted. Earlier they had deleted their social media accounts due to the backlash they faced when they launched home covid testing kits without proper approvals. Now they've become active again with new gimmicks.
Talking about great things doesn't make one great, you have to follow it up with actions. And I've seen this company's actions first-hand. They dont even clear their ex-employees final payments several months after they've left the company. So please don't be misled by these articles and don't associate with them or buy their products. Better products with good international credibility are available in the market.

To anyone considering using this testing. Stay away! The have taken over 1000 dollars from me and my wife and have not provided any results. First few times that I chased them up they were saying 10 days more, than said another 15 days due to Diwali, now they are completely ignoring me. What a waste of money and time. I have now decided to use another company. Doubt I will get a refund. Scammers !
