Great Product Great Customer Supprot
I struggled with sinus issues and a blocked nose for years. I visited numerous doctors and specialists, but nothing seemed to help. I also suffered from itchy eyes and restless nights. Then one doctor recommended the Bio Healing Air Purifier, which was being used in his medical centre, and it made a remarkable difference for me! Since using it, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms, with less nasal congestion and no more itchy eyes. I can finally sleep more comfortably through the night. I’m so grateful to have found something that has helped me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for better air quality and relief from biohealing.

Worst Bronchitis Asthma congestion ever….
I was bedridden since beginning of August with a relentless chest infection which impacted my asthma. After three weeks of antibiotics and steroids and puffers and one ambulance trip I was just about to give in. I was over the harsh coughing and congestion and then the running nose and leaky eyes to and.
The asthma foundation told me it was environmental. Well how the hell was I going to fight that.
With bushfires, cigarette smoke from other tenants and pollen and cat dander I literally threw my hands up in the air. Then I was referred to this amazing little box which apparently was going to help with air pollution. Just one night, hard to believe I now, I woke up without any coughing fits, running nose or dry throat.
Oh and no sore throat which was really bothering me that I was even going to see my GP about it but let’s see how the week goes. Money finally well spent and can’t wait to be able to buy another one for my bedroom. Thank you, thank you for making my life better and now my daughter wants one as she suffered serious sinus congestion.
Also I was surprised at how fast it got here and I was really appreciative of the sale and the discount otherwise I would be still suffering from polluted air as it seems.

Have two and wasnt sure they work. Took cover off filter, omg the dirt and dust along withe cat and dog hair unbelievable. They absolutly work, the replacement filters I find are a bit expensive. Would I purchase again? Yes I would

Just Love It
I ordered a therapy wrap and the results are amazing. From the first use an improvement was noted with mobility and pain reduction. A family member owned one and after a trial I ordered one for ourselves. Delivery was prompt and couldn’t improve on service. Great product.

WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED
The product came to me broken! They denied sending broken parts and blamed shipping. They sent me ANOTHER broken one. Then argued with me about a refund and went on to ABUSE the delivery company calling them pigs and even worse!!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING language from a "healing" company!!!!!!
They have now replied under my post saying I'm lying, even though I have screenshots of the entire email thread of them literally saying "we do not send broken parts" and on 4 seperate occasions saying it was delivery drivers "low life scum" and "lazy pigs" that did it... Yeah they sent me a second purifier (as I wrote in my original review) but that one was damaged too and unusable... I didn't just "claim" these were damaged, I literally IMMEDIATELY sent photos of the damaged products upon opening! This was not just a "claim", it was factual and proven.
They were not once " polite" as they are claiming... And they went as far as screenshotting our private conversation and posting it on a Facebook review I'd left to try to save face, without my consent. This breaches so many customer confidentiality policies!!!
The fact that they are calling me a liar again now on an honest review, is just proof of exactly how bad their company is.
DO NOT USE.

This customer has lied in her review by saying, "They denied sending broken parts and blamed shipping. ! They denied sending broken parts, and argued about the refund." This is completely false.
The customer ordered an air purifier from us, and when it arrived, she contacted us to say it was damaged. Immediately Without any delay, we shipped a brand-new replacement straight away. We didn't just send a replacement purifier—we also included a free replacement filter as a goodwill gesture and delivered within 4 days.
When the replacement arrived, she contacted us again, claiming that it was also damaged. During the conversation, one of our staff members commented that delivery drivers should be more careful when handling parcels because rough handling can sometimes damage items during transit which these low life careless people getting paid to deliver items safe. At no point did our staff abuse or insult the customer. However, the customer repeatedly abused our staff and called them Bit...
Even then, our staff remained polite and explained that we did not want to continue sending replacement units only to have the same issue happen again. Instead, we asked the customer to dispose of the damaged item and send us a short video showing it had been disposed of. As soon as we received that video, we would issue a full refund immediately.
Unfortunately, the customer never sent the requested disposal video. Instead, she continued to abuse our staff.
At Bio Healing Australia, we genuinely care about our customers. We don't make our customers wait days or weeks for a resolution. Our team works hard to resolve issues within hours whenever possible. In this case, we sent a replacement immediately, included a free filter at no extra cost, and when the customer claimed the replacement was also damaged, we were prepared to issue a full refund. The only thing we requested was a video confirming the damaged product had been disposed of. She did not want to send video of purifier and filter disposed get refund instead choose to abuse our staff and comment everywhere
The customer stated that she had every right to abuse our staff and continued using offensive language. Despite this, our team remained professional and continued trying to help.
Fortunately, situations like this are extremely rare, and we are grateful that the vast majority of our customers are respectful and appreciative.

I have 2 air purifiers
I have 2 air purifiers, they are amazing. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with asthma and spent a couple of months in and out of hospital. I purchased 1 air purifier for my lounge and moved it into my bedroom at night, it helped me so much that I purchased another to keep in my bedroom. I have been sleeping so much better and not wheezing or coughing. I would recommend 100% this company and their products.

I received my Air Purifier 2 weeks ago
I received my Air Purifier 2 weeks ago. My reason for needing one is because I am an elderly lady who was diagnosed with Influenza A last July and spent 29 days in hospital. It has left me with lung problems and my GP suggested I get one. 2 ladies from my Aged Care providers came to my house to help me choose one and we were all in agreeance with yours. Sadly you don’t deal with My Aged Care matters to come out of my package. I went and ordered one through you on the internet. I could not fault your service in anyway.’ I had my order within a week and I was aware as to where it was at all times. I am so pleased with the results of this unit and would it be beneficial to anyone else who has lung problems.

I purchased in May last year since then I have totally and honestly found that the air in my house is pure and fresh. No dust around , used to dust everyday but now is only once a week. It's also has been good for me and my grandson as we both suffer with chronic asthma. I defunately recommend.

This was a spur of the moment buy
I seen their page on facebook and seen it was an australian store. The price was actually great especially for a pensioner. I bought this in the hopes i can keep my partner healthy and out of hospital as he tends to get respiratory infections so much. At one time he was hospitalised 6 times in a year so to keep him out of hospital is a big aim. I was sent a wonderful message by a person named Sam.

Absolutely love this company and their air purifier. When I had an issue with my current purifier, the company tried to help me troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t work I was sent a replacement within days. Highly recommend
