Generally Reliable, but Refund Issue on Recent Order
I have placed several orders with Bio4Men in the past, and most of them went smoothly without any issues. However, my recent experience has been disappointing.
I decided to return an order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and sent the package back unopened. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to the shop on December 7, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups and the 14-day refund period having passed, I have neither received a response nor a refund.
While my past experiences with the shop were positive, the lack of communication and failure to resolve this issue is concerning. I hope they address this situation promptly, as it stands in stark contrast to my previous interactions.

Het product zat in een kleinere…
Het product zat in een kleinere verpakking (100ml) dan ik gewend ben (200ml) bij andere leveranciers. De prijs was echter wel hetzelfde. Ik vind het dus veel te duur.

Goeie prijzen, verder niet fantastisch
Prijzen zijn netjes. Prima website ook maar niet duidelijk wat de bezorgkosten zijn en vanaf welk bedrag het gratis is.
Slechts 2 stuks op voorraad van het product dat ik wilde. Maar dat kan gebeuren.
Verzending duurde redelijk lang (vrijdagmiddag besteld, dinsdag in huis). Maar wel keurig verpakt.

Wat ik jammer vind is dat ik een bio…
Wat ik jammer vind is dat ik een bio eerlijk product bestel en deze dan wordt opgestuurd in een doosje vol met plastic schuim stukjes... Dat past niet echt bij het beeld van de website en producten die worden verkocht.
Verder prima levering, snel & product is ook goed.

Ik ben het volledig met je eens!
Veel van onze leveranciers gebruiken het juiste verpakkingsmateriaal maar niet alle. Wij hergebruiken, vanuit het oogpunt van verduurzaming, hun verpakkingsmateriaal, dus het kan zomaar zijn dat er bij je volgende bestelling een ander soort materiaal wordt gebruikt.
Fijn dat de producten je goed bevallen!
