Binny's Beverage Depot Recensioni 2

I tried to sign on to their website. I was blocked. It said I triggered some alarm, or did something bad. I couldn't get on. I couldn't check prices; I couldn't check product availability. To paraphrase the Seinfeld episode, "NO BINNY'S FOR YOU!

It then told me that if there was a problem, I should e-mail them with the details. I an blocked, but I should send an e-mail anyway. WTF?

I happen to live in Costa Rica, and visit Binny's when I am back in the States. Maybe that's why I was blocked. But if so, why not just tell me, and skip all the BS?

I like Binny's. They have enough locations that I can usually find one close to my destination. But today they are really pissing me off.

Their website says Free Delivery if you type in the code.
It doesn't work.
They don't have free delivery.
Fine, I placed the order on their website for delivery with a charge.
It took all my information including credit card.
Then the website rejected the order for no reason.
This company might have gotten 5 stars but they - for whatever reason - choose to keep the wrong information about free shipping on their website.
I ended up having to call to place the order.
And they charged me.
Misleading advertising.
Bait and switch.
