Très bien avec un peu de confusion
Livraison rapide et comme prévue. Juste une petite confusion avec la date de livraison, qui était prévue le 29 puis le 28 et changée au 30 et finalement arrivée le 29… mais tout est ok !

Manque de professionnalisme
J’ai mis une étoile parce que il est impossible de mettre zéro. Très déçu de la qualité des produits et de l’enseigne . Je ne recommanderais plus.

They sent me the wrong mannequin and…
They sent me the wrong mannequin and basically said I have to deal with it.
They refuse to correct the situation and send me the correct one, even after I provided a variety of options to do this.
BUYER BEWARE.

Please know that we did our utmost to offer you a fair discount as compensation for the mistake.
However, we kindly want to point out that we cannot take responsibility for the fact that the mannequin was transported to Canada. Shipping costs and import duties are, as stated in our terms, the customer’s responsibility.
