To all users getting user not match for some reason the website has reverted to .tv and doesn’t allow you to login. Manually change it to .com and will allow you to login.

Same problem as with all other people. I paid for one year subscription and it says that user not match . I can’t even login to my account, but I’m using it for more than 1,5 year . And the one year subscription I used just couple months.

Paid for a one year subscription, after a couple of months could not connect or watch premiere league games. They told me submarine had hit a cable, then they told me to purchase VPN, to watch from other countries, that i did, still same outcome, then they come up with another story, very disappointed,went to the chat line many times never resolved

Apart from the odd stream dropout, I’ve been delighted with the service. It’s fantastic seeing different sports from all over the world at a reasonable price. I had a slight issue and they replied with an apology, adding bonus weeks to my account.

They are scammers i payed for an year subscription fast forward later 1-2 months i cant access my account its like it doesn't exist anymore means i need to make new account and new payment i won't do it f off

Wanted so bad to see liverpool chelsea match bye to to that thanks to these scammers and they said used to crash all the time too the time when i had the access

Keeps crushing,cannot reconnect and it always says that it does not recognise my login details!!

I've had this for 2 years. Starting off great at first watching the premier league. After a couple of issues not being able to watch the games properly I complained. Now they have blocked me out and am unable to watch anything on either device. After many conversations they tell me there's nothing wrong with the service. I sat beside my friend who was watching it from his device and no problem. I still have 3 months left of my subscription and have been left with nothing. So make your own mind up?

It's a fantastic app but the prices are too much for me as I only wanted to watch the Premier league

It's absolute incredible it's just glitching or pausing can't enjoy or watch football,news or anything properly

Service is down for good. I paid one year and only used it 3 or 4 months. No place to get refunded of course, they just disappeared!

Horrible service, the customer support "team" are trained scammers. I asked for a refund less than 24 hours after subscribing to the product because the stream was unwatchable, they treated me as if I didn't know how computers work, I am a software engineer so I shut them up and provided all the proof one can provide to demonstrate that it's THEIR service what was not working.

Then I got told that a refund had been submitted and that I should expect my money back within 2-5 business days. Well as you may have guessed, the money was never refunded so I got back to them and their response was: "whoops we didn't do it, and the payment gate has closed so we cannot issue your refund now!"

I reported them to Paypal, which is the payment provider that I used and Paypal refunded me the money and hopefully bans them from using their service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS.

DO NOT fall for Bingsport discounted package. The service is absolutely horrible. Crashes all the time no matter what you watch; and the customer service is useless and unhelpful. I have never ever watched a full game without crashing. It’s one of my biggest regrets to subscribe to this horrendous website.

Absolutely terrible. Crashes constantly, no matter what you watch it on/ through. Got sucked in due to the price and I have never watched a full game without it cutting off or crashing. I want my money back and the time I have lost watching sport.

First the first 9 months, I kept subscribing for 3 months package, things were fine until then. Once they changed their package rate, I decided to subscribe for a year. First I subscribed for a year with $72 but I kept getting the pop up message saying "update your subscription" while watching a game. Then I thought maybe the first attempt did not go through as I could not see any payment details in bing's account, then tried second time. Now, my paypal account shows they charged me both the times and yet I do not have the subscription. I disputed the transaction on paypal but they closed the case saying the transactions were not unauthorized. Then I contacted the seller, they have been responding but I can tell that they totally know what has happened as it seems I am not the only one scammed but yet they are pretending of tryinng to help me. The $72+$72 for 0 months subscription, what a deal!!!!

I have been a subscriber of bingsport.com for the last 4 months and my experience had been excellent, live cricket from everywhere and of course live football including the World Cup. But it's all come to a crashing halt since the last 48 hours .The site didnt load and messages to bingsport.com have not elicited replies. Why can't they solve the problem,? If they have been blocked, they should admit it and refund.

Was very dubious about this but my experience has been excellent. I thought I’d signed up for a month but did it for 12 months by mistake. Got an immediate refund and I’m signed up for a month to see how it goes. Have watched several EPL games. Quality was top rate with English commentary. No ad interruptions. If this continues I’ll be signing up for 12 months when my month runs out. Faultless and trustworthy

Thought I'd leave a review since this has been a literal life saver for me. Video is always high quality and available, good stuff!
