The site has subsequently made significant improvements and streaming back in good order for premium members. First few weeks of Prem football was total chaos.

It said 7 days free trial (or 10 i forgot). I got charged on the 3rd day already. On the 6th day i wanted to ask for a refund over the live chat. At first it replied, but when i asked for a refund no answer. I also sent an email after with no answer.

Only reason I give a 1 star, is because I cannot give 0. Don't bother. There is an interruption every 1 min of the games. Customer Care does not care.

I had a year subsriprion but goes on a half year only! Nothing refund or compensation! Broadcastings are full of interruptions and lags! 7 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE DOES NOT WORKS !!! Customer service repeats the same thing !

This service is very 50/50 which is nowhere near good enough when trying to watch an important game. Yes, there are times you can watch a 90 minute game no problem but then there are time where the service will continuously or completely cut out. Its especially embarrassing when you invite friends to watch a game and the service cuts out. Its good sometimes and other times completely frustrating, forcing you to find an external link to watch the game. You just never know if youre going to have an excellent stream, or a stream that cuts out just before a goal, or one that refuses to work at all. Very cheap and sometime worth it but be prepared for possible disappointment if purchasing.

Doesn't recommend anymore. This year there is always problems with streams. Ads and no english commentary. Links dye and so on

Travel a fair bit but could not connect to bingsport.com domain and I tried live chat on bingsport.co because I could connect but the agent after telling me to log in to the .com domain just stopped helping me. Mia was her name. It’s probably not her fault but do pay for a year and so do a few of my family members but will move to another company after all the hassle I get or don’t get in this case.

Clearly time is almost up for Bing Sport. I've been a member for almost 2 full seasons. First season I had a monthly subscription and everything ran fine, so for the second season I paid in full for the discount.

BIG mistake.

Constant interruptions, constant buffering and loading issues, issues logging in on different devices... just a total nightmare.

Customer service told me that I needed a VPN (at an additional cost of £12.99 a month. They had no problem taking my subscription before telling me that), so I got one. THEN they told me the VPN was the issue!

Makes no difference... Bing doesn't work with the VPN on or off!

Customer service now no longer even acknowledge me.

Last night was the final straw... biggest game of the season for my team and I paid for the privilege of watching less than 30 minutes of the 90. The rest I spent either watching the desktop of some idiot trying to find a stream for the game, an advert for the channel, or a black screen with a spinning wheel.

Incredibly frustrating. Bing Sport won't get another penny of my money.

Lousy bingsport network ... Always got interruptions for big matches for example like today semi final Coventry vs Manchester united .

I have been using Bing for about a year. It has had its problems, particularly when it become impossible to find the web page on the net, after paying for the service.It just kept linking to BEIN Sport. After a few weeks that was resolved and I renewed my subscription. There used to be a movie channel but not now. When I questioned this, they said they were having problems withe the movies. Recently, after no Premiership recordings for over a week, I asked them what the problem was, and they said, They would pass on my complaint. Today recordings are available but not for all the games. I think that they are an accident waiting to happen. I wouldn't buy a long subscription.

I would give ZERO star if possible. My account is valid till july 2024 yet suddenly im unable to log in. Always says wrong password. Then it says i need to upgrade n pay again. Bloody freakin scammers. Steer clear of this site. And they never bother replying to any emails. Freaking wasted my money!!!

I had an enquiry my expiry date. I have spoken to 'customer service' 5 times in the last few days, but not getting anywhere at all. The last two people I spoke to stopped replying after I explained the issue.
They don't want to address potential issues. The customer service is extremely poor. I have also tried writing to them but my emails keep 'bouncing back'.
When there aren't technical issues, it isn't a bad way of watching sports from home. And although the price has increased dramatically, it's still not too bad.
However, I would not subscribe for more than 3 months because these streaming services have a habit of disappearing after a while.
My rating is based on the extremely poor service and at times not being answered at all, and in my recent experience, the customer service reps just go offline or appear to refuse to answer my polite questions.
It's very easy to sort this out Bing Sport - treat your paying customers better. Simple...

3 years now watching English Premier League.. great pricing… my membership just ran out…yes im renewing it.. I plug my iPad into the tv and watch it on big screen 👍 only problem sometimes halftime is in Chinese…. Can’t win them all lol
Hey bing sports how do I get the voucher…?

I came across Bingsport web site by accident as I was looking to watch a premiere league match. I thought at first the site was free but after 10 minutes the site popped up a message that I need to pay subscription charge. The offer was for two years and seemed reasonably priced so I went for it. My debit card was charged, but when I tried to watch the game, it wouldn’t let me and asked me to pay for one year premium membership. I paid that and since then I have been trying to get a refund for the initial 2 year subscription. I have called by phone, used WhatsApp chat, and sent an email but no response. The number starts with +60 and no one ever answers. I have now frozen my debit card in case they try to take more money as I don’t trust them at all

Watching previous matches you get constant hanging. Also i was able to access on my computer then i log on and I get a message to use a different streaming server and I cant view anything.

Does anyone know of we can stop the stream and get back where you left it?? In general very pleased with the EPL Service!

Just rejoined service and very pleased with my quarterly subscription, great football coverage especially away games are can’t get to.
