Suffered a hardware failure

I had been very happy with my experience with their VPS until they had a hardware failure and had to restore my data from a 3 week old backup. Daily backups would have been reasonable.

well server prices are great and…

well server prices are great and resources added on are more than enough, only downside is there is an hour delay for customer service replies. but in all service is great and would recommend it..
