Billow Fabrics is a fantastic company. Have placed orders many times and they always arrive quickly. The customer service is brilliant, very helpful. I ordered Sunday evening and received the felt on Tuesday which is beautiful and they have such a grest selection of colours. The colour charts you can buy are extremely helful when chosing colours. Will be ordering again soon. ❤️

I have recently ordered two times from this company and have received such beautiful and well priced fabric. Both orders arrived promptly and I was really impressed with the service. I'll definitely be ordering again. There is such a lovely set of curated Liberty fabrics on her site. Thank you so much.

I've ordered a few times from Billow Fabrics and have had a pleasant experience each time. The felt selection is beautiful and my orders arrive within a couple of days. Customer service is fast, reliable and helpful plus there's free shipping after a certain spend which is most appreciated.

Please remember when shopping that people tend to leave bad reviews more than good ones. If you've had a good experience, leave a review! They deserve it :)

As a customer who has bought a few times from this shop I knew the quality of the fabrics is exceptional but this time I also wanted to give a public 5🌟 because the customer service was extraordinary. I had an specific request and Jenny not just made it posible but also sent my package straight away as the order was placed. I can't recommend this shop enought and I would definitely buy again. Thank you billow Fabrics.

My order was missing items and Jenny did not manage to resolve the issue and ignored every request to come to a resolution either sending out the missing fabrics or a partial refund. It seems they expect me to return is all at my cost. Awful customer service! Fabrics look ok but definitely some dont quite measure up to the dimensions they should be. Being a cm out, which can mean a lot if you are working to right sizes. They must get a lot of business otherwise I’m sure they would try to improve their customer services.

Very nice selection of fabrics, beautiful patterns and excellent quality. Perfect choice for dolls and the clothes I make for them. Free and fast delivery to Croatia. I knew I would pay customs but that's fine with me. I ordered the felt again and can't wait for it to arrive.

I have used Billow Fabrics twice in the last month and I am thrilled with the service. They have a great selection of Liberty fabrics in various bundles and sizes and both orders were received two days after placing them (shipping was free). I will definitely be using them again.

I agree with the other recent review on here, something must be going on at the moment for Jenny to be anything less than her usual brilliant self. I emailed them this week as I wasn’t sure if their website was down and Jenny replied confirming that they were temporarily closed. I’m sure as soon as she is able to Jenny will be back up and running and will let everyone know what’s going on. Please have kindness and understanding, it’s not easy being a small business owner and not having the back up of other employees. I look forward to being able to purchase from Billow Fabrics again once they’re back up and running as their service has always been amazing.

Please don’t give Jenny and Billow fabrics a bad review. I have used her felt for years and years and she’s been amazing and reliable. I fear something has happened for these problems and the site issues to be happening at the moment. I hope she is alright?

I need to desperately place another order of felt for my orders, but have had no reply to my emails, and cannot see any products on the website.
Has anyone else had any response from this company, or had any answer as to where they have gone??
If not, does anyone know of any reliable felt supplier and could help to recommend me?!

Wishing I’d read the reviews before I placed an order. My experience is identical to those logged below. Placed an order almost two weeks ago…no sign of it and no meaningful response from Customer Services. I was initially provided a tracking number but Royal Mail unable to trace. Last two emails to the company remain unanswered. Having paid almost £100, I am incredibly disappointed and will be seeking ways to redress. My best advice is to avoid this company and go elsewhere as they seem unwilling/unable to despatch orders or respond to emails

Ps - have since raised dispute via PayPal. When I tried to contact Jenny at Billows via email, my email was bounced back as her registered email address was ‘not found’

Like all the other reviews a placed an order which took an unusual amount of time to come. So I wasn’t pleased but when it did arrive the items were lovely so I have tried to order again and their website is not working and I am getting no response to messages. I understand if you are inundated with messages of have website issues but maybe an announcement on the website would help answer people’s questions? But now I have read other reviews I think I will steer clear

I've had the best experience with Billows over the last 6 years, my go-to fabric shop, with the fabric often arriving next day.

However, my last order I had to chase and it took almost two weeks to arrive, which was very unusual. Currently there are no products on the website. I emailed to chase an order, but had no response. So I raised a PayPal dispute and Jenny replied straight away to this and refunded me.

Fingers crossed the shop will be back up and running soon : )

I’ve placed many orders for felt & linen with this company. Quality, delivery time & service have all been great.
I see that the Etsy shop is closed at the moment so the seller can fulfil orders. Hoping I will be able to place another order soon.

I have ordered wool felt for the last few years from Billow fabrics with no problems at all. But my last order placed over a week ago hasn't arrived, I've tried messaging but no one has answered so I'm guessing maybe they are not trading anymore but would be nice to know before you pay for an irder
