I attended Bills in HONITON for eye test they recommended new lenses but said that they could not supply those required & recommended Specsavers.
I took Bills prescription & had new glasses made the new glasses proved to be defective due to the incorrect prescription from Bills visited Bills to ask they refund money paid to Specsavers this they refused fortunately Specsavers refunded me in full.
I have since been told I do not need new glasses as my old ones are adequate.

All the members of staff I met with were knowlegeable, helpful and professional. I have felt, at other high street opticians that I was merely a unit that needed processing. Nothing could be further from the truth with Bill Opticians. I would strongly recommend them, they were so helpful and obliging

I have never been impressed enough before to even think of leaving a review, but what amazing customer service from the young lady I spoke to, I didn't catch her name as no name badge, but she couldn't have been more helpful, even though she was extremely busy with a que of customers & on her own, she still took the time to listen to my query & help me, even though I'm not a registered customer. I wish more people were like this, truly outstanding, my faith has been restored, thank you.
