I bought what i thought was rk short motorcycle boots but they are fake the logo on the front strap is on upside down do not buy anything from this fake selling company.
Bought them.from amazon.

Purchased the velocity suit on 16/12/2025 it was delivered on 23/12/2025.
After 1 week of using this suit it has torn on the leg, I contacted this company who have completely ignored me.

I WORK IN THE MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY & I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Their sizes are not correct.i ordered 36s.first time too long in leg .was not short.2nd replacement waist not correct 36s more like 32s.3rd attempt.came with waist ok but way too long in leg .after £12 extra in postage I gave up and shortened my self.quility poor also . Australian biker clothing misleading .made in pakistan.do yourself a big favour.go to proper shop

I ordered a pair of chino trousers which were unfortunately the wrong size 30S. I sent them back for replacedment for the bigger size 34S and I included a £5 postage cost. Initially they couldn't find my parcel despite me sending tracking details then they said the larger size not available for a few weeks and would I wait. I waited for one week and then decided to ask for my money back since then. They refunded me the £5 but not the original cost of the trousers. I have had no satisfacturing response from them I have not had my money back or I have not have the correct size trousers I have also backed to get responses to emails and phone calls. So ultimately they have got my money and I can't get the money back or the trousers. I use them successfully a few years ago but my recent experience is terrible and I can only give them one star I would never use them again

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING IN RETURN. IVE HAD TO OPEN A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK.
NO REPLIES TO EMAILS.

Bought the Velocity jacket and trousers. First time wearing them I could not zip them together. Tried to fasten the zip when not wearing the clothing and the zip teeth do not align. Trying to get any help from Mr Ahmed is pointless. Takes the money - end of customer care.

I Ordered something, fairly pricey. Had a call, which is unusual here in UK, item not in stock, few weeks delay. Rq a refund in hindsight. Refund was back in bank within 36hrs.
Phone call to web phone number, was answered, this was to clarify the delay. Can't fault that service.

I have read some of the negative reviews on the products and the company, so wish to provide some balance.

I ordered 2 suits, and 2 vests both size small and medium with the intent of returning 1 suit and 1 vest.

Firstly I have to say how impressed I am with the quality of clothing provided. Brilliant in fact!

I returned 1 suit and 1 vest as planned but 1 of the vests never arrived.

I had a small issue with my refund, but a phone call to the director Mr Imran Ahmed using the contact number on their web site, and he immediately rectified the situation in a very professional and slick manner.

So for me - top marks - and for the record, Mr Ahmed did not ask me to provide this review.

I am unusually reviewing, in order to ensure others can see that the products and service I experienced in my (single) dealing with the company has been great!

Got a lumberjack kelver shirt via ebay shop, asked for size advice and Replied straight away so ordered the shirt and got it next day and fits spot on and it's great quality and and great price. Size chart was correct. I am 46-47 so ordered 4xl(48)👍👍
Don't normally leave feedback but the service I received was spot on.

Waited weeks for my shirt to arrive after a mate waited 3 days for his. No heads up given. Shirt arrived and cuffs were the size of a small child, so used their size chart and ordered 2 more(me and wife) 5xl!!! Never been that in all my life but hey, now sending all 3 back.
They deduct 10% from cost! That’s £18 Stay away!

I bought their Velocity waterproof 2 piece textile suit in October 2023.

Up until today I didn't have any complaints about them, they seemed decent for the price.

Since October I have covered less than 1400 miles and the kit seemed great.

Recently I have ridden in Scotland and it rained, not torrential by any means.

My gear has leaked ridiculously, both the jacket and the trousers.
I mean I was absolutely soaking under the kit.

The website said that both the jacket and the trousers have a Reissa waterproof and breathable membrane.

I am disappointed at how not waterproof they are, considering that this is maybe the 3rd time I have worn them in the rain.

I have emailed them over a week ago and haven't even had any acknowledgement of my email!

Spend the extra money and look at other kit.

Old fashioned and suspect return policy. Order a waist size at your peril. You must return the item once you discover the waist size doesn't correspond to real life sizes.
Make sense of the included bit of paper supplied by Biker-Gear-Australia and spot the "not supposed to do" bit: -
"Returns and Exchanges to be sent back to: 22 West Street, Dunstable, LU61SY
Use this letter to put your details and instructions.
For exchanges there is a fee for return postage payable, the fee is £4

I dare not ask for an exchange for fear the size will still be wrong. Cut my losses and pay-up

I just got jackets and first class just whating for my third one to come as ordered at different time

Terrible company equivalent of a drop shipper with zero customer contact
Ordered waterproof trousers no contact
I called them week later very unprofessional call very noisy back etc
Asked for refund as I was asked to wait another week you’d think if they knew it wasn’t in stock they would reach out to you
Avoid as they are equivalent of a drop shipper

Started off great but had to return an item at my cost of £11.95, after at least 20 chat messages and emails all with no answer finally got a reply. Worst company I've had to deal with, customer service zero. They even knocked their original postage of my proposed refund which I've still not received . Please be aware these are not nice people to deal with in my opinion. Keep clear its been a very stressful experience and cost me £15 for something I haven't got. Don't know how they are trading. Today I'm going to Citizens advice to start a case against them with Trading standards

Whilst in the UK visiting from Portugal I Went to address which exists but is an old bank,rang contact and said he would meet us in a cafe had to leave as had to get return flight can't comment on goods but be WARNED.

Ordered a BLACK leather jacket, they sent BROWN one. Asked to return it they sent me returns label packed jacket up added the label they sent me got to the post office and was told the label had already been used so rather than take the jacket home I paid for the postage myself, I told bikers gear what had happened they refused to refund my postage.
You can draw your own conclusions but I would not buy from them again wish I had read these reviews.

Daughter bought a top box liner for me for father's day. It was good quality and robust. Buy she ordered the wrong one thing. She was meant to get pannier liners. Long story dlshort I ordered them myself and she told me she would make it up to me. 54.99 or the gbg website with 6.99 postage. As Google doesn't spy on us I got a few notifications about liners in ebay. Gbg was the seller. The same pannier liners 34.99 with 3.99 postage. Also available for 30.99 with 3.99 postage. When contacted was told the ebay ones were of lesser quality and don't come with the 2 year guarantee that the ones of the Web site carries... the original top box liner is the exact same build quality and comes with a 2 year warranty and guess what. It's an ebay item, not off their own website..it was 22.99 on ebay and 54.99 reduced to 34.99 on thier official website So will never use these people again for this reason ...

Absolute rubbish wouldn't want to fall off a push bike wearing this stuff.
Few fake reviews on here I think.

Awful company goes under a few names can't reach them in any way trousers awful baggy rubbish
