George is amazing and worked tirelessly to assist my family with every unexpected situation that came about. I was always kept in the loop he was open and honest with all communications. I, like many of you reading this review, had an inherited property that I needed to sell. For transparency, I interviewed & received offers from multiple home buying agents. Corey was upfront with me...didn’t waste my time, as this was only one of many tasks I had to complete, so that meant a great deal to me. It was truly a smooth process from offer to closing. I would highly recommend the team, especially Corey.

They made the best offer and delivered on their goal of closing in 10 days. I could not have asked for a better experience. Only regret is not calling them sooner.

Be aware that in spite of what their website says, you may NOT be selling to Big State. I made a deal to sell to them, then they assigned the sale to someone else to be the buyer. She had major communication issues, was not reliable and caused delays in getting me my money. Big State made a mistake with paperwork which delayed payments due to me. They could have admitted to this error faster. They did not so my money was delayed until I forced the issue. This all ended OK, but I should not have had to work so hard to get what was owed to me. Beware of the promises to close quickly (they forced a push back of my desired date) and painlessly. They have no control over the people they assign the purchase to. I don't think I would use them again.

It was a pleasure working with David and Cory. I was pleased with the offer provided by Cory and David worked constantly to ensure I was informed throughout the entire process. I was skeptical at first but they earned my trust with their commitment to honesty and professionalism. If you need to sale your home (regardless of the condition), I highly recommend Big State Home Buyers. They are one of the best!

Quick and painless. Hard to let go to an investor as the sale price is less but for people that need funding this is an option.
