Perfect Gift, Perfect Timing!
We were SO pleased with this purchase. Ordered, shipped and received within 48 hours...couldn't believe how fast we got it. I was concerned that the shipping would be as much as the item we were purchasing, but much to my surprise the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

That's what my 5 year old wanted for Christmas. After checking out a few online companies with similar products, I selected bigplush.com to order from due to positive reviews about quality and order fulfillment. Very pleased with the purchase and arrived sooner than originally quoted during checkout process.

They F-ing ROCK!!!!
My daughter requested a "Giant Blue Unicorn named Albert" from Santa and they made it happen. Where there was trouble with the Postal Service, USPS Sucks... they were nice enough to talk me off the ledge even though the problem was NOT on their end and at least offer me some possible back up solutions. We WERE able to track Albert down in the 11th hour (literally 11:23am on Christmas eve) at the post office after our regular carrier said he was there, they would not let him take the box because it was too big. They told him to take more smaller ones instead. I'm assuming some of the other reviewers who had problems getting their packages may have also been the result of large package discrimination.
I can not say enough what this meant to my daughter, they helped to create a memory that will last a lifetime for our family and managed to upstage Taylor Swift tickets, who'd have thought.

Great BIG bear!
I bought the 5 foot teddy bear for a christmas present.
Billed and Shipped without any issues and this bear is adorable.
It appears well made and has a nice look to it, unlike some of the others I have seen in stores.
My stepdaughter loves it.

I'll happy to help. This is a similar problem with Priority Mail shipments that we sent between Dec 10th and Dec 20th, that other customers have also had issues with. Looking at your order, you placed your order on December 11th, and you choose the following shipping method: "**FREE* SHIPPING: Delivered on or before Dec. 24th - Delivery Guaranteed NO LATER THAN Wednesday, December 24".
We shipped your order on December 11th, via Priority Mail with tracking # 9405515901484987022980. As is the case with many other Priority shipments we sent in December, for some reason the Postal Service did not move your order for quite some time, and then after quite some time, it was suddenly delivered to you on December 26th. Tracking gives this message: "Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 7:43 am on December 26, 2014 in DORCHESTER, MA 02122."
We are truly sorry this arrived late. And we are also sorry you had difficulty reaching us by phone this past week as we dealt with similar late Priority complaints such as yours.
We have already issued you a 100% refund, And you may keep the product for free that was delivered yesterday Dec 26th. We know the refund and free product does not make up for your frustration though. So please let us know what more we can do. We deeply regret that your Christmas was affected by this.
We have had several meetings with the local Postmaster, and we will together ultimately figure out exactly why this delivery issue occurred with your order, and with the orders of other customers like you, so that it does not happen again.

Love at first sight!
My 5 year old daughter asked for a deer for Christmas. I had no idea how I was going to pull that one off. I started searching the internet and found bigplush. I was so excited to find a 37 inch reindeer on their website and the price was reasonable. When I received the deer I was even more excited. It is so adorable!! When my daughter saw it Christmas morning she fell in love! She was so happy. Thank you bigplush! I will definitely be ordering from you again and will recommend you to my friends.

excellent quality and arrival time
I ordered a large teddy bear for my wife and not only was it better quality than I expected, it arrived in less than a week. This was the perfect Christmas gift. I especially enjoyed the personal customizations such as the optional ribbon with custom text.
