Quick and easy to book. A reliable service which generally departs on time. We were at the ground in plenty of time before the game. Parking close to the away turnstiles is always a bonus.

I tried to cancel the parking within an hour of booking as we were let down with the tickets. We were told it was none refundable as a parking space had been saved, I find it hard to believe. That the space couldn’t have been opened up again.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend and will not be using again.

Great organisation. Always on time and friendly team. Never had any issues and service provided is clean.

There was a minor issue at the start of the season which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Since then there have been no issues and I have been able to park quickly and safely. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Arrived today an hour before kick off for the Birmingham city v Leeds Utd fa cup game
Only to be told that sorry the car park is full!!
How can that be possible if I paid in advance 2 weeks ago
The only way this could happen is if the car park is over sold or the steward in charge takes a payment in cash on the day!
The steward in question was called Paul Davies he just said contact big parking for a refund
Absolutely terrible service from a tin pot company who are only interested in the money not supplying a service that you pay for

Booked parking, money immediately taken, had to chase for confirmation, very vague details supplied. Unable to park in the place paid for and had to park elsewhere. Very poor. I’ll beusing just park in future

I booked a car parking space last night and this morning realised the football ticket I bought has a parking space included. I contacted Big Parking and was hoping they would allow some flexibility here but no - no refunds, not even a goodwill gesture of a percentage back. I’ve questioned why they don’t allow refunds within 24 hours when they haven’t produced or shipped a physical product and there’s still 11 days left to sell the parking space. I think it’s fairly immoral to be so rigid and not allow at least a 24 hour cooling off period if the booking is +10 days away (so plenty of time to re-sell). Tread very carefully with this company - they do NOT put the customer first at all.

I was refused entry into the disabled parking bays by a very arrogant attendant at the Wrexham match, all the attendants know me as i go every week in the disabled parking bays and they always keep me a space but the gentleman in question refused me and i had to walk 10 minutes to get to the ground. As i walked past the disabled bays there were 5 empty bays!!!! Very disappointed.

They always give me a window seat as requested. Very friendly, reliable & safe.
Prices are very reasonable.
Family friendly & our steward keeps everything running efficiently.

Booked online , been using them a few years now ..Turn up , park car ..after match , pick car up and drive home 👍

There is no lighting in the area, very very dark. Need to sort out path towards river - very mudy
