They use Amazon Logistics MASSIVE ISSUE

They use Amazon Logistics. Amazon delivered to the wrong address, the only proof was a photo - of somebody elses door! You CANNOT SPEAK WITH AMAZON LOGISTICS!!! There is no number or email, their website states you have to deal with the seller only. Bigme are useless, they only say repeatedly that Amazon say they have delivered the package succesfully. THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE A CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been forced to claim through my creditcard.

Stay away from Bigme Store, only order through Amazon themselves.

totally fraudulent company

I paid for a mobile phone, they shipped me a watch!, and refuse to refund me! The parcel I received matches the tracking code they supplied, but they are now trying to say it's not their parcel and refuse to help. I have sent multiple images and spent days emailing, and it is clear they are a fraudulent company and have no intention of refunding me. DO NOT USE this company

Never, ever buy anything from this store!

If you want an ink-mobile, try to find a local Bigme reseller or look for another brand.

The Bigme store is based in China, even if they can give a different impression—I was told to order from their “European online store.” Unfortunately, I did. What happened next was just tragic.

I receivere the mobile, but wanted to return it, as they state in their own policy on their website. I was then told to send it to an address in Germany that turned out to be fictitious—DHL found no one at the address and thus returned the package to me.

Communication with Bigme has been hopeless since then. They sign off as “Bigme Team,” not by name, and it feels like a different person is responding each time; even if you reply to an email in a thread with a case number, they don’t include previous responses. Nor do they refer to previous replies or the history. So you have to explain the whole situation all over again every time.

Sometimes they reply politely, and other times it’s as if a 12-year-old is sitting at the keyboard.

The customer has to pay for the return, and they actually asked me to return the package yet again, this time to an address in China—albeit with a promise that they would cover the return shipping. I’ve chosen not to do that, because then I risk spending even more money on DHL and, on top of that, being left without the phone I spent several hundred dollars on.

So, stay far away from Bigme! They are extremely unprofessional and apparently doesn't care about either the customers or any rules.

I bought the Bigme B751CS, and honestly, it was not what I was expecting. For me, it’s simply not going to work out, especially considering this is not a cheap device. I really wanted it to be perfect for my reading experience.

The main issue is not even the device itself. The problem is that when you buy something and decide you don’t like it, you should be able to return it — especially when the company clearly has a return policy.

It has been almost a week, and they still have not initiated the return process. A whole week. So please be aware that if something goes wrong or the device is not for you, you may have a very difficult time getting assistance, and that should not happen.

If customers decide to invest their money in your company, the minimum they should receive is clear communication and good customer service. If a company has a return policy, they should stand by it.

Yes they’ve wrote euro shop and they’ve sent it from Hong Kong, total scam that makes you think bad on all products that arrive from that country and its people, I mean how low can you go? Total lie on your official website! Such survival mood of strategy? Eat and run… I wonder now about the quality of the product I’ll get, im gonna file a cancel complaint to the credit card company, please do not order anything from them

Deceptive practices, false advertising, and a total disregard for customers

I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Bigme to think twice. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, involving two weeks of constant stress and anxiety over my funds. This device (inkNote--10.3inch Black&White eink tablet) was supposed to be a gift for my 17th birthday, but instead of a positive experience, I received a lesson in how a company can systematically mislead its customers. The item was listed as "in stock" on their website—and it remains listed as such even now—yet it was never shipped. For over half a month, I was left in the dark, forced to chase their support team for any updates.
​What is even more concerning is the way their team handles mistakes. Instead of being honest, they chose to ignore parts of my emails and attempted to manipulate my budget by offering inferior alternatives that I did not want. There was zero accountability and zero attempt to compensate for the wasted time. It felt like every communication was an attempt to "dig a deeper hole" rather than solve the problem. I only received a refund after being extremely persistent and threatening formal action. For a brand that claims to be a serious player in the E-ink market, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you value your time and your money, look elsewhere. I will be sharing this experience on every major platform and reporting these deceptive practices to the relevant consumer protection authorities in Shenzhen. Stay away.

Defective Bigme Hibreak phone, no refund, poor handling of EU consumer rights

I bought a Bigme Hibreak E‑ink smartphone (order #20773, delivered in Germany) and the device arrived with serious defects: it shut down by itself, battery life was unusably short, and several apps did not work properly, even after factory reset and normal troubleshooting. Bigme support acknowledged the abnormal behavior but repeatedly only offered a replacement, ignoring my clear, written requests for contract withdrawal and a full refund under EU Directive 2019/771 and German law (BGB §§ 434 ff., §439).
After weeks of emails, they finally agreed to a replacement but insisted that I pay the return shipping myself to a temporary warehouse, explicitly refusing a prepaid shipping label, even though defective goods must be returned free of charge for the consumer under EU law. When I pointed this out and said I would dispute the payment, they still refused to cover shipping. I then opened a PayPal case, but PayPal did not evaluate my complaint properly because I could not find the correct dispute category in their interface; my claim was rejected on a formal technicality rather than on the substance of the defect and the seller’s non‑compliance.
At this point I still have a defective phone, no refund, and no trust in Bigme’s customer service or their respect for EU consumer rights. I would not buy from them again and I would advise EU customers to be extremely cautious.

No Issues Here

I've had three products from Bigme (two hi break basics and one B7). They have alway shipped, promptly (from China). They have worked every time with no issues. Minor quibble is that some lines of pixels have failed on the B7. I also discoverd that they reture to supply parts (I needed a new screen when I dropped my hibreak down a flight of sters) - shame as I'd much rather repair than replace

Warning

I purchased the B251 monitor from Bigme. First, and biggest reason for this review: they do not allow returns of this monitor, PERIOD. Second: after purchase, there is a tiny little comment saying they will automatically give themselves a 5-star review if they do not hear from you. Third: Products ship from China, so it will take you a while to get your items. The monitor might be great (I haven't gotten it yet), but these business practices are terrible.

Warning, Fraudulent company!!! Monitor B251 not usable, refund rejected.

Warning 1: The company will not accept return of a malfunctional product!!! Despite the refund policy.
Warning 2: Their eInk Monitor B251 is not usable as a monitor since the mouse lag is way too big.

The B251 Monitor has a mouse lag so big that it cannot be used as a monitor. I even tried to used it as a 2nd monitor, for reading documents only, but even for that the mouse lag is just too big.

I reported the issue to the customer support who provided firmware update, which did not help. 2nd provided firmware update did not help as well.
I requested the refund within one week from receiving the item, which was rejected.

They even updated they refund policy to not accept refund for monitors after I had requested the refund!!! Sounds too crazy to be true?!? Feel free to compare (search for "monitor") in their current Refund policy vs the one before June 2024 (time of my purchase) on archive.org.

Bottom line: You have been warned!
