I bought a rod from this company on 20 June and took delivery on 24 June. I have had no problems at all with the transaction and the rod is as described. I got the rod for a good price too.
Don't by anything from this place!! Im reporting this company to trading standards as a potential scam company. Goods were never delivered despite promising they had on three separate occasions. Each time they failed to turn up I was promised a gesture of goodwill, which failed to turn up again on three separate occasions; And now trying to get my refund almost two months later and with nothing to show for it, has again failed on two occasions and I've now had to get the credit card company to investigate the company and pull the money back from them.
They keep in touch with you making it seem like everything is fine and legitimate, but everything they say appears to be a lie to keep you hanging on for longer, I assume so they can keep your money for longer. I hope this comment saves someone from the same experience... please avoid this place and just pay a little extra to go literally anywhere else.
