Enjoyed our day , very friendly driver and customer service , no hold ups
Along the way all ran smoothly along with no long waiting times & we had great weather.
Would recommend to anyone a great way to see Sydney & Bondi

Very rude worker selling the tickets. The bus driver was lovely.

1. It is not a value for money proposal.
2. The services are slow and the time intervals are more than desired.
3. It is a very small route and the stops are simply too many.
4. I have used Big Bus in other cities but Sydney hasn't been a good experience at all.

Try keeping journey shorter. As it took me more than an hr going to my next destination.

But overall, it is value for money.

Stops are not clearly marked. Otherwise a brilliant concept. Enjoyed our tour.

We camw from perth and our group of four thoroughly enjoyed the bus tour, we seen so much more on the bus. Our driver Alhonso was very kind and helpful advising us where to get off when we wanted to go to the Sydney Eye Tower.

Rock Tour was great. Col was fantastic to make the walking Tour at The Rocks a memorable experience.

Excellent value for money and the commentary along the journey was amazing.
The drivers were very hospitable and you were made to feel welcomed.
What a great experience

The first bus driver I boarded the bus at the Central station about 10 AM. After several stops, the bus stopped to let us know that the bus was going to be taken out of service. The driver at the new bus was rude and dismissive. He was in a personal conversation with a man he was encouraging to apply for a job with BigBustours. The audio headset worked and the first driver was everything an employer could want. The second bus driver is everything an employer would NOT WANT in an employee!!

At the main stop I bought two 48 hours package combined with the river cruise.
The lady that sold me the tickets, did give me incorrect information about the time and place of departure of the river cruise.
She told me the last departure time of the river cruise is 3:30 PM.
I have arrived at the point of departure at 3.10 PM and the last river cruise has departure at 3 PM on 8 May 2019.
I Was not able to receive a refund and this is not fair.

Loved the Big red bus tour. My 5 year old and elderly parents also did too. The drivers were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Not enough history / information on both the city and Bondi tours

The tour was interesting though the quality of the commentary was poor and difficult to hear at times. The bus coming back from Bondi had large spaces between stops so people on a return journey were unable to get off unless they did another loop. This was an unnecessary inconvenience, i. e. I would have included another stop at Williams Street on the return so people could get off. Staff were generally okay but some more enthusiastic than others who seemed less bothered. The actual stops were difficult to identify and were not clearly defined in all cases. I would have more visible staff scattered throughout the routes to offer advice and information.

Enjoyed the tour and saw way more of the city than we could have done on our own. However the audio needs some work. Rating would be 5 stars with better audio. The music between narration is bad and way too loud. We had to turn the volume down when the music started because it hurt our ears, but then couldn’t hear the narration and had to turn the volume back up.

Best value in Sydney. Bus drivers and staff were very friendly, helpful and acccomodating. Bus stops were frequent and easy to find.

Lots of Buses on two different routes with many stops.
Really enjoyed ourselves. The Audio worked and was informative. As always an affordable way to sightsee.

I love Big Bus, been using this company for many yrs in many countries, here in Australia I was a little disappointed because the sound with the earphones was very bad, so hard to understand, i think you should check that, many people waa complaining about it plus the narration was off, giving you info about a place and we never could find it even though it tells you which way to look left or right, so i was not very happy, im so loyal to this company for the yrs I’ve been using it that i wanna give it a chance to solve the problem.

Poor! We did the 2 day deluxe ticket and felt utterly conned! Slow infrequent busses (easily a 30 min wait every time we wanted a bus!). Harbour cruise was just a ferry service, not a tour! However the Sydney tower was great though.

It was so easy to use. Did not have to try and drive in all the crazy traffic. Would recommend to everyone!! The head phones were so much better that someone talking.
