The service we got from Shay was excellent. He was quick to respond to any questions, gave really clear answers and was always helpful. We were really pleased with the hats when they arrived and I know the children will love them.

We have just received our order and delighted with our goods.
Special mention to Andrew James, who has been really helpful (and patient) getting this order over the finishline.

Luci was professional and polite. Very clear ordering process. Thanks!

Great service, especially regarding Callum who helped throughout the ordering process with speed and knowledge.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew James. We were short on lanyards for a conference and Andrew was able to get us our requested design within a week or so which we are really grateful for. I was a bit of a pain and asked to change the mock-up multiple times and it was sent back quickly with no problem. Would highly recommend.

I dealt with Callum to get some merch for my band and he was so helpful. He was kind and knowledgeable and helped me to get the best outcome. Will definitely use again.

After using this company a couple years ago for a large order we were really impressed by what we received. so when we needed another order I got in touch again. I got a quick response from Liam who was happy to help, answered my questions promptly and got a proof over to me the next day to get the order in. Really impressed with the customer service, and looking forward to the product turning up!

I'm always wary of merch websites but Big Bear has been great so far. I'm currently making my second order which I feel confident with, especially as Tyler ensured my first order was there promptly on time with a tight-turnaround. Thank you for your help!

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Tyler at Big Bear Promotions. From start to finish, he has been incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to deal with.

Tyler really takes the time to understand what you need and delivers exactly what he promises — often going above and beyond expectations. His communication is clear and consistent, and you always feel like you’re in safe hands throughout the process.

It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and genuinely committed to providing great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyler and Big Bear Promotions to anyone looking for a smooth, professional experience.

Thank you again for all your help!

If you’re a small business, don’t bother doing business unless you want to be disappointed.

Apparently, they look out for big brands so they can brandish their names on their website. If you’re a small business, they will disappoint you
