Tyler, was helpful and replied quickly. There is a slight print misalignment but for how quick they came we are very happy with the product and service. Will be using again in the future.

No complaints really, order was dealt with efficiently and arrived in good time. The glasses that we wanted printing came absolutely perfect and was exactly what we wanted. They were packaged safely and actually in boxes of 6 which was better for us that individually packaged. I would use this printing company again. ordered the same Shay was helpful in ensuring we ordered the exact same product as before which is what we required. Thank youi

Quick responses to any queries and quote from Ross. The products have been received and look great, with clear branding

Shay Kanabar was very helpful and quick to respond to enquiry. My order has just arrived and I’m really pleased with it. I left Shay to determine the exact colour of the print and it looks fabulous.

The bears I ordered are absolutely gorgeous and Shay Kanabar was so helpful.

Found Big Bear Promo to produce keyrings for my business. Callum has dealt with multiple of our orders now and everything is flawless from start to finish! Really prompt at replying and assisting. Highly recommend

John Wainwright & Co Ltd

Went above & beyond in making numerous changes to my item upon request. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Finished product received & is fabulous. A fair price as well.

Ross Robinson was amazing provided a speedy quote, always responded quickly to my queries and ensured my order was delivered in plenty of time before my function.
The product was superb I would have no hesitation in recommending bigbearpromo.

Dealt with Callum mostly, such a helpful person to speak with, supplied samples and was great with the ever changing requests on quoting from my client

I went to BigBearPromo as they were one of a few suppliers that had a 'mythical' pen that me & my colleagues received from a supplier. The pen is fantastic to write with, has a good weight & a stylus on the tip but came from a supplier so only a few were lucky to get one.
As a individual purchaser (I work for the NHS but am buying these as gifts), I wasn't sure if my order would be accepted, but Liam was very helpful and it was no trouble at all. So I've now got a stash of etched pens on the way to share and mark the end of an era with the team.

Great Customer Service from Callum
Really quick with prices, delivery date and proofs
