Really great service and fast responses. Callum Burton and Josh Turner were both brilliant in particular

We often purchase from Big Bear Promo, not just because of their great prices and choices of products but also their customer service. Our account manager Callum B is always so helpful and quick to respond to any queries we have.

Delt with Andrew who was brilliant throughout the whole process. Very professional, helpful, and nothing was too much hassle for him. Very happy to deal with him again. Just awaiting delivery of the product

I had a great experience with Big Bear Promo while ordering merchandise for an upcoming event. Our deadlines were quite tight, but Tyler Sheppard was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was friendly, responsive, and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

Ross was extremely great to work with, he was very professional even when we kept changing our minds which bags to go for and what colour as well, the bags came really quick and the quality and print was very good. We have used a few times and always great customer service

Shay made the whole process very smooth and we are delighted with the results

Prompt, efficient, high-quality products that, as far as I can tell, are the most competitively priced on the market. I dealt with Luci, and she's been great.

I worked with Luke throughout the whole process of my purchase, he was great, very helpful and very great replies, would recommend using this company !

We regularly order small shipments of panda bears and notebooks, small shipments due to low storage. We work with Callum and he is always very quick to organise the order for us. Big Bear in general was willing to work with us and provide a smaller shipment size to suit our needs, which was greatly appreciated. Quality is great too :)

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Helpful, friendly staff with outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend them and would look forward to using them again.
