From my first enquiry, Sean was just brilliant. No pressure, just happy to provide answers to any questions . Nothing has been too much trouble, and the service has gone way beyond expectations. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sean and Big Bear Trailers.

Once I'd worked out which Anssems trailer I wanted/needed I had to find a suitable dealer. The reviews of Big Bear Trailers made that decision extremely easy, and I'm very pleased that the reality was just as good.

Sean was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from initial enquiry until I towed the trailer away. He knows his onions, gave me good advice and a sounding board to check that the trailer was a good match for my use case, and the collection experience was absolutely spot on.

The trailer was ready and neatly presented in the workshop, all the documentation and keys were in order, and Sean's demonstration of the operation of all aspects of the trailer was crystal clear.

He included a lockable hitch head and a hitch lock/clamp in the deal, which were welcome additions to help with security.

I bought a Cheval Liberte Touring trailer from Big Bear 3 years ago and it has been fabulous. Sadly I damaged it this year and the service I received from Big Bear was amazing. Open and honest and transparent communication. In the meantime I hired 2 different Ifor Williams trailers - which only made me miss the smooth tow and great engineering of the Cheval even more.
