I am appalled by the way Big Bang Animations has handled my project. I paid for a service that was never delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no refund after 1 month and virtually no communication from their side. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their time and money

When I hired BigBang Animations to work…
When I hired BigBang Animations to work on my first video, I was unsure how I would explain my product to them and how they'd translate my explanation into visuals. However, these guys nailed it! Especially with their 'unlimited revisions' offer, it made feel at ease. I am currently working on my 8th video with them and would feel no reluctance in recommending them to anyone looking to get an explainer video done.

Great Services
Had initially signed up for 1 video but ended up doing 6 with their team. Very responsive, understand the product well and deliver an A-Quality product.
Would definitely recommend to anyone out there who's looking to have an animated video created. Cheers!
