Awful company policy and bad customer service. A necklace I bought from biella vintage broke within days of receiving it. It snapped half way through the day. I did not tug or pull on it. Biella vintage responded by saying because I received it in good condition and because it was worn there was nothing they could do as it is written in their policy. The jewellery I got certainly does look nice but it is of very poor quality. I wasted my money on a useless broken necklace. Will never buy again! I recommend for everyone to steer clear.

Update: Biellavintage reported my review, the reason being: they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience.

The fact that they tried to get my review deleted is very unprofessional. Please don’t buy from this company.

Fast delivery to UK. Pieces are very pretty. HOWEVER!! The material is described as hypoallergenic and gold plated. But in the fine print it lists unrealistic reasons for why the product will rub off and expose nickel based material which many are in fact allergic too. Like washing, wearing perfume or lotions. All jewellery broke me out in serious rashes. I’d highly recommend avoiding

I absolutely adore my necklace that I bought from Biellavintage. The quality is outstanding and great for the price and I wear my piece every day. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the delivery took a very long time. I can't be too harsh though because it was during the peak of COVID and shipping everywhere took much longer than expected. Overall a great company and I will definitely be buying again from them.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive my bracelet. I guess it's due to delivery problems as a consequence of the pandemic. I was afraid to not see my product or my money back and sent an e-mail to Biella Vintage to have some more information. They DID answer always and they DID gave my money back! So...Too bad, I can't give a review about the product now, but I do can say Biella vintage is a company you can trust! :-))

Great quality on the rings, and excellent customer service. They took like 2 months to arrive but that is to be expected in times of Covid. Not disappointed and would probably order again. Just be patient with the delivery.

The jewelry on the photos look nothing like what you get in reality. They commission a Chinese factory to make a knockoff of whatever they post on their online shop, and it’s shipped directly from there, so there’s no quality control. My 50$ necklace came three months later, looking like a dollar store chain with a joke of a pendant. Waste of time and money.

I ordered for the first time from a website I wasn’t familiar with. But I did and I’m so glad I did. I got a bracelet from them it looks soo good on my tan skin and it’s gold with diamonds all around it:) I love that extra little sparkle. I get compliments on it all the time. And I would definitely recommend this website for good products and good customer service. They reach out to you and see if you have received your product and I thought that was amazing:)

Amazing quality product and service!!
Purchased the Slinky Chain and love it, perfect on its own or layered. A beautiful final touch to literally any outfit. There was slight delay, due to the Covid shipping restrictions, but staff were extremely attentive and informative on this issue. So well worth the wait.

Biella Vintage is one of those websites registered in the US but ships all orders from China. I ordered over 100 CDN$ worth of jewellery from this website and purchased delivery insurance. I received notice from the website on June 23 that my package had been delivered on June 15. I checked Canada Post's website and it had been updated June 23 to show that, indeed, my order had been delivered June 15. It's highly irregular to get a delivery update so far after the fact. I checked with my building concierge and they had no record of a delivery at the stated date and time. My building has a log system for deliveries, does a weekly audit of packages and has security cameras to prove the package never arrived. I told Biella Vintage customer service all of this and they said to check with my concierge. Clearly they did not even read my email. I filed a claim with the insurance I purchase and was told it was only valid for 30 days. No package arrives from China via standard shipping in less than 30 days! This, despite being told to be patient because of Covid-19 delays. I've escalated the claim to Paypal.

I am confused by the reviews complaining about customer service and calling the company sketchy. The customer service has been nothing but stellar and the product is quality and well made. From packaging to shipping confirmations and tracking to the actual product - quality from nose to tail. At least that has been my experience, the shipping does take awhile however I wasn't assuming a speedy shipment as I didn't pay to get it expedited.

Didn’t lose track of my order the whole time, the customer service was super available and even made sure I actually received the package.
Products are identical to website pictures and great quality for their price.
