BidAccurate provides construction estimating, takeoff, plan drafting, shop drawings, and stamped engineering drawings for U.S.-based contractors, builders, and project owners who need fast, accurate project documentation without the overhead of building an in-house team. We work with single-trade subcontractors and general contractors across residential and commercial projects, delivering detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, 2D layout plans, and elevations with accurate dimensions and material callouts. For projects requiring permits, we also offer PE-stamped structural drawings, prepared through a licensed Professional Engineer who reviews and seals the plans for structural adequacy, including load calculations, connections, and footing design. This gives clients a permit-ready package backed by professional liability, not just drafting. Our team reviews plans and specifications to produce defensible material and labor quantities and client-ready proposals, with a standard turnaround of 1 to 2 business days and revision rounds built into every package. Whether you need a single estimate, a quick layout, a fully stamped set for permitting, or ongoing support across your entire pipeline, we scale with you, from one-off projects to a full retainer relationship that functions as your outsourced estimating and drafting department. BidAccurate exists to help contractors and project owners bid more, win more, and build with confidence, moving from concept to permit to build without unnecessary delay.

Bid accurate has a very professional staff. We appreciate their patience with customer. Their willingness to guide.
We would recommend Bid accurate for any Take off and shop drawings projects.
I came to them with a time constraint project; we had a video call where we went over the project that very same day. Within a week I had the shop drawings for review one more quick video call with them for some minor changes and by the next day they had the shops complete and ready for me to submit. They understood the scope, they responded quickly, and kept me in the loop with progress reports.
