Do not use this website. It presents itself as a reputable fashion retailer, but it's just drop shipping. My order shipped from China, which took an age, then the item was completely the wrong size and very different from the photos. There's no returns process other than an email address where the replies are slow and deliberately obstructive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I have sweaters from many well known brands, but I have never felt such a warm and comfortable cashmere like this one. WOW. I honestly wasn’t expecting this quality, especially at this price and I'll definitely buy again
SCAM company – avoid at all costs!
This company is a complete scam. I ordered two shirts that were advertised as high-quality products, but what I received from China was of such poor quality that they were completely unusable.
When I asked to return them, the company refused for weeks and tried to delay the process. Eventually, I agreed to a 40% refund as a compromise – but I never received a single cent.
Since then, I have written more than five emails over the past two months, and they have not even bothered to reply.
Terrible service, fraudulent business practices – stay far away from this company.
Very poor quality. The price/performance ratio is completely out of whack. Customer service promises a discount, but then doesn't pay out. From that point on, you don't get any responses. A dubious store, stay well away.
Even when I keep the outfit simple, it still turns heads. That’s the power of well-made clothes.
Shipping took a little while but well worth the wait!!
