Investor in Bhutani Cyberthum – NRI Investors, Please Be Extremely Cautious
Based on my personal experience as an investor in Bhutani Cyberthum, I would strongly advise NRI investors to conduct thorough due diligence before investing, rather than relying solely on promotions or the proximity of the project to Jewar Airport.
My experience has been extremely frustrating:
* I never paid any cash to Bhutani, yet I received an Income Tax notice and a demand of approximately ₹4.40 lakh relating to a difference in the BSP mentioned in the Application Form and the BBA.
* Despite repeatedly seeking clarification, the Application Form has not been provided to me. I have been unable to get a satisfactory explanation regarding who prepared it, what information it contained, and why there is a difference from the BBA.
* My experience with the Bhutani CRM/customer support team has been extremely poor. Emails often go unanswered, and there has been little meaningful assistance or resolution after payment was made.
* I have also faced difficulties in getting effective assistance regarding delayed delivery and other investor concerns.
* As an NRI, pursuing such matters from overseas is particularly difficult. You cannot practically keep travelling between the UAE and India simply to follow up on every issue.
* I also believe investors should carefully verify all promotional claims, commitments and representations made at the time of booking, and ensure that every document and commercial term is obtained in writing.
This review is based on my personal experience and ongoing efforts to resolve these issues. My intention is to make prospective investors, particularly NRIs, aware of the risks I have personally encountered so they can conduct proper due diligence before committing their money.
My personal rating based on my experience: ⭐ 0/5
NRI investors: Please do your complete document and legal due diligence before investing.
