We were recently supported by Emma Jones with our house sale. Emma really did go the extra mile to help the sale run smoothly. She offered a proactive and professional service that we would highly recommend.

We chose Emma Jones as our solicitor to represent us for our house sale and purchase.
What we hoped would be a relatively quick process turned into a long haul, due to other parties in the chain.
Throughout the prevailing months, Emma worked tirelessly, often being placed in uncomfortable situations as hurdle after hurdle kept being thrown up. Her calm nature allowed her to communicate with us in a way that made it easy for us to understand each step.
It was obvious that Emma understood our anxiety and stress and pushed for progress on our behalf.
No matter how seemingly minor our questions, Emma was always happy to spend time explaining the answers to us.
She came to our house for some time, to sit and go through all the questions and answers during the enquiry stages, explaining all the legal terminology.
From the first contact to the moment of completion, Emma was with us every step of the way.

Over a few years and two property purchases I would like to thank Claire Brownlie / Gallacher. Such a professional attitude, detail focused and approachable. Smoothing the stresses of property purchase to a pleasurable experience. Setting expectations and keeping promises she is an asset to your company.

Alex Holdsworth from Berlad Graham dealt with both the sale of my old house and purchase of my new house in Cumbria and was extremely knowledgable and helpful at every stage.

The moving process became somewhat protracted due to the slow solicitors from both the buyers and sellers but Alex regularly updated me and when required applied some pressure to keep things moving.

Overall I could not recommend Berlad Graham, and Alex in particular, enough... Superb professional service!
