Top service and value
The level of communication and service from these guys is tremendous.
I ordered a few items and got the standard confirmation email out as you'd expect. This was followed by a personal email advising that one of the items had gone out of stock but there was an imminent delivery & the missing item would be sent out as soon as it arrived.
24 hours later another email adivising the item was on it's way, ahead of the advised timelines.
Some companies rely on software to do this and that's fine but it doesn't come close to the level of personal service I recieved from Andrew at BG Extras.
Brilliant service and keen pricing.
