first time ordering with BFP. delivery was held up due to one of the chosen products been out of stock but i was kept upto date by Arnold in the office and all products received on time. and delivery guys were spot on well done guys we will be ordering again. the apple Donuts are next level 5stars

My order was delivered within 60 hrs…
My order was delivered within 60 hrs from placing the order,for some reason it got held up in my local depot (24 hrs)it showed up as delayed on the trackng details, it wasn't a drama as I was also waiting for 2 other orders via a different mailing group . DHL were in charge of this delivery, I have had past good experience with so on the whole no problem the items were also in good condition, many thanks.

What happened to service
Having been a customer of BFP - formerly Kent Foods I have to say that the service has been awful recently.
there have been issues with my last three deliveries and I am constantly chasing up to find out where my goods are. Centralisation of my Edinburgh depot has been a real own goal in my view. The team in Edinburgh were good and the goods which are a max of 30 mins from me now have the carbon foot print of a small nation as my goods now go on an overnight service from Central Scotland to Aberdeen, inverness, Pitlochry, Perthshire before coming back to me in the central belt to be delivered!
Not sure the transport team in Leeds really understand the layout of Scotland if that's their Journey plan! I know I am a small customer but I think I now is the time to look for a new supplier. sorry to see the end of an era!

May I apologise for any inconvenience caused however, I believe Arnold explained that unfortunately this was not in stock in your local hub and we did encounter an issue with the transfer.
Following your call yesterday with Arnold he did ship it out of our Hunslet depot via carrier on a 24 hour service.
Once again apologies for the confusion, and this is something which we are working on regarding all web based orders to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Product was good
Product was good, delivery was unsatisfactory. Courier left food item outside and sent email stating delivery was signed for. In fact driver didn’t even ring doorbell! If it had been raining product would’ve spoiled.
