I had my photoshoot over the weekend and honestly, it was such an amazing experience. I arrived feeling quite nervous and unsure of myself, but Doug (the photographer) made me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. After a couple of shoots, I started to relax and really enjoy the moment. He created such a safe and encouraging atmosphere that I was able to feel confident and at ease in my own skin.

A couple of days later, I was contacted to meet and view my photos. I was so excited, and when I saw them, I was absolutely blown away. I genuinely couldn’t believe that was me! The images were stunning, tasteful, and beautifully captured.

I originally went in with the intention of purchasing at least four photos but once I saw them, there was no way I could narrow it down to just that. I ended up purchasing many more because I loved them so much.

Thank you Doug for such a professional, empowering, and unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about doing it — you won’t regret it!

I had an online pre-meeting with Doug where we discussed what to expect, the goals of the shoot, and what could be done. This really set the tone and made me feel prepared.

During the shoot, I was in a low place emotionally and even arrived late after getting lost. Doug was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and calming. He even prepared a bottle of water, a small but considerate touch. He made the most of the time we had and created a wonderful experience despite the setbacks.

Most importantly, Doug made me feel completely safe and comfortable, which isn’t always guaranteed in this kind of setting. Even when I didn’t feel confident at first, he guided me with care and professionalism so that by the end I felt confident, beautiful, and truly myself.

When I saw the pictures, I struggled to choose because I loved so many. Doug was patient and supportive in helping me select. I didn’t just feel sexy - I felt elegant, lady-like, and empowered. I also felt like I had embraced a positive, clean energy rather than a sexualised sense of “sexy,” which was something I hadn’t explored before. The whole experience was tasteful, artistic, and focused on making me feel confident in my own skin.

This wasn’t just a photoshoot, it was a step towards healing my relationship with my body and myself. For anyone considering boudoir photography but feeling nervous, I would wholeheartedly recommend Doug.
