Lightbox Studio is fantastic! Not only does it seamlessly add all the features I was looking for in a lightbox, but the developers were super quick to help me with any questions I may have, and I'm very grateful for that kind of swift support, especially when there are deadlines to meet. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.

I was easily able to add this to my client's Squarespace site to create a specific type of portfolio gallery viewing experience. Their support was also extremely helpful in creating a custom solution. They are very responsive to answering your questions. I only wish their site's documentations + tutorials were slightly better organized.

Really responsive business. I had some installation trouble because my plugin was so old. Beyondspace responded to email support really fast and sent me a download link for a new version with instructions.

I purchased the Lightbox Studio plugin to have the ability to zoom in on my Squarespace website photos and worked as it should. I soon discovered a strange behavior when using the browser back button. I explained the issue with Beyondspace customer service and they issued a patch which completely fixed the problem. I couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service, thank you. Please note that wherever the customer service is located is about a 12 hour time difference from New York time so you generally have to wait one day to receive a response.

My questions were answered even before I bought something :) The support I got was really nice, fast and trustworthy. Now I have a lightbox feature that works just as expected. Adding it to my website was effortless too, as Beyondspace did everything for me.

I made my own website on squarespace with basic knowledge of websites. But this went super smooth and easy. When i bumped into a problem Niang Lee is there to help with an excellent and quick service. I couldnt be more happy with this solution for my squarespace page. Keep up the good work Beyondspace!

I reached out to customer support about some customizations and Niang went way above and beyond to ensure the perfect solution. My client is delighted and so am I, thank you Beyondspace! Lightbox Video Plugin does not work as described. Also, have not received a response from support, hence this negative review. Disappointed.

If you are a person looking to use Squarespace, with a focus on images, whether you are a visual artist, architect, or photographer – I highly recommend that Beyondspace be the foundation of your design. I had hesitated for the longest time in moving from 7.0 to 7.1, but finally found the reason to more than justify the effort. The plugins and tools have been conceived and developed with great insight into the unique needs and desires of those presenting visual images. They complement the Squarespace structure but take it far beyond the basic capabilities to provide flexibility and expansion of what can be incorporated, allowing for an end product that can be highly configured and tailored for those exacting needs.
The delivery and implementation is straightforward and well documented. Their website is a treasure trove of knowledge and ideas to steer you in the right direction.
