So was originally supposed to get the zooz 1100 when checked put but a day later one of the representatives said they last sold the last in stock to another customer by mistake. Tried to get back to them unfortunately couldn't get anywhere. So they decided if I wanted to have the zooz 750 instead. After a few moments in my head of deciding and nor wanting to wait for new stock which would take at leat 8 weeks wait I transferred to the 750 and was refunded the amount which was originally taken. The delivery took about another 2 days. Upon delivery the driver had it on a pallet which I didn't know that they could just leave on the side of the pavement/Road I thought he would take it back but they don't so be reminded of that which was bad as I had to pick it up and put it in the back garden.

Overall the bike is great fun very solid and nimble and great torque to set off.

Delivery still not arrived after claiming to be fast uk Delivery!

Dispatch of the order was late. When the delivery arrived there were missing items. No response following two emails chasing for the items.

I recently purchased the Mario retro E bike from Beyond Pev and I couldn't be happier with it. The service I received was top notch and I was able to collect my bike quickly. I'll definitely be going back for the T4. Definitely recommend.

UPDATE I managed to contact someone succesfully via their site's live chat (which to be honest I'd not tried previously) very soon after posting this.

I emailed customer support in mid-July (18th) with a product enquiry. One month on and no response. Nothing when I call the number on the website either. It's like dealing with a ghost company.
So I'm unwilling to buy anything as a result, even though the website looks entirely legit.

Searched high and low on the internet for the best coffee mug, I wanted something that was made from recycled materials and was also recyclable itself. I also wanted a non drip style sippy part, this one looked good on the internet and is exactly what I wanted. I also liked the fact they personally got in touch as I put the wrong postcode. Will probably be ordering again soon

Slow delivery but the company was always in contact and made sure I get the package eventually even if it took them 1 month to deliver it.

I've been using this company for over two years and I've made about 5 to 6 orders and I've never had any problems with parts or delivery..

Inner tubes did not fit and customer support is not replying

Excellent service. Had a problem with my back tire after receiving my new Apollo phantom v2, they sent out a replacement tire free of charge. I would have given 5 stars however the currier service they chose to ship my tire was evri/Hermes. I am yet to receive my tire after a fake claim of attempted delivery. This is not PEV's fault I just wish it was royal mail not evri

Excellent service and very lovely scooter

French customer here, the team answer quickly and nicely to all my questions. They even made sure that I was aware of the tax I would have to pay in order to import it from UK to France.
The delivery was fast and well done.
I just had a problem with the charger that died for no reason, I emailed them and they answered quickly, reassuring me as they will send another one right away.
A good product sold by a nice team with a very good customer service!

El scooter es bueno, pero tiene importantes inconvenientes. 1: Sin arranque suave, solo brusco. 2: ¿Por qué se eliminó la cerradura de encendido con llave en el nuevo modelo? Sería conveniente. 3: Los botones del interruptor de giro no son convenientes, deben hacerse con un relé de 15 segundos, para que ellos mismos apaguen la señal de giro.
