Had several issues with my scooter. Contacted customer support - Only received one email from their support, then never got a response back. Terrible customer service.

I also ordered a Scooter like the guy under me with 1 star ;) And i really like it! I got the Dualtron Mini 2022.

First of all good and fast Livechat! Everything was fine all my questions were answered by the Support. It take 1 week +/- from UK to Austria! I dont had to pay Tax or something... maybe only luck.

I bought a scooter from them and it arrived with a faulty brake. I bled the brake multiple times, but it didn't fix it. Found a leak inside the brake lever and sent a video to their email. At first, I got an email, which said that they would get it fixed for me. I asked for updates every couple of days. I haven't received an email for almost 2 weeks now. I don't recommend.

Inner tubes describeed as 8.5 x 2 suitable for apollo city are way too small. Both inner tubes almost impossible to fit, both ruined. A waste of money.....

Electric scooter arrived with the time stated easy to set up however instructions do not tell you how to get into the p menu to change settings thjnk they need an upgrade

Pete delt with me, he was very knowledgeable, to the point that he recommended a different E scooter to the one I acquired about due to my physical attributes and the size of scooter (wolf warrior) he spent a good amount on the phone before I confirmed I was going to purchase. I then put a deposit on Kaabo wolf king, drove from London to collect very impressed with scooter size and the fit for me 6"2 100kg athletic build so needed something with stature and the Wolf King is!

Customer care is great phoned Pete since for advice, again brilliant - only had scooter for 24h so cannot really leave review on scooter but so far so good.

I would certainly recommend giving these guys a shout before anyone else!

Fantastic company ordered a few microfibre clothes and some muc off bike cleaner. Was phoned as 1 product was due to come in spoke to a very polite lady over the phone and all sorted within a few minutes. Order arrived shortly after packaged very tidy. Overall a great experience and very professional company will 100% be ordering again when I'm running low. Thank you 😊
