Great price, fast delivery, will definitely use Beyond PEV again

Best shop in all of Europe, service is excellent and really everyone does their best to please the customer. I can only emphasize how exceptional the service is. I am very satisfied and will always buy my scooter parts or scooters in the future. I bought the Emove Roadrunner and would highly recommend the Hell part to anyone!!! I've ridden almost everything two-wheeled in my life, but I've never had so much riding fun with my full cross. The Emove Roadrunner is pure driving pleasure!!!! I wish the whole team at BeyondPEV all the best and want to say thank you for your patience and dedication to me. I kiss your eyes 😘😘😘

I ordered an Apollo Light Scooter for what I believe was the best price on the market and I received the product within 3 working days. I did experience an initial problem folding the Scooter but made an enquiry and received impeccable customer service. They provided me with a number to contact them on via Whatsapp so that we could exchange videos and messages to help resolve the issue in the most effective and efficient way possible. Highly recommend!

Easy buying experience on the website, prompt delivery, well packaged - unfortunately not 100% recycled material used where it could easily have been. Throttle sensor a bit rough, zero then BAM. Power delivery a bit punchy, even on lowest setting (could be related to throttle issue), I guess they use a cheap potentiometer not an encoder. Construction is good but not to motorcycle standard, with too much slack in head stock due to very short forks and too loose fit. Good for 30mph, but not much more. Parts supply chain not tested but time will tell. Overall a good experience so far.

Flawless ordering, flawless delivery and (almost) flawless return for a garbage product (Apollo Phantom "supposed" V2) I bought from them.

I won't blame BeyondPEV but I will leave a negative review for Apollo for their shi*** practices.

I purchased an electric scooter from Beyond. After a couple of days my son noticed the rear brake didn’t work. I contacted Beyond on a Sunday not really expecting a response. To my surprise I had a reply within the hour and parts sent out the following day. This is when you’re glad you chose an authorised dealer with a good reputation, excellent service Beyond!

I had previously posted a 2 star review as I hadn't received my scooter. The 2 stars should have been for TNT/Fed Express for their terrible service Mon-Fri working hours only delivery limitation and failure to heed explicit, correctedly posted, instructions about delivery.
However Beyond PEV on hearing my difficulties were quick to intervene very positively, and I therefore am more than happy to 'correct' my Beyond PEV review, with 5 stars. Their service was exemplary and I would have no hesitation buying from them again.

Excellent service and quick delivery time

Ordered the Apollo Phantom V2 and it was great fun for the 1 week I had it .. before it was stolen. Not holding much hope in the police returning this to me so setting my expectations that it’s gone forever.

Although I can’t fault the service from Beyond PEV as it was brilliant, quick and fast delivery and they were incredibly helpful on the phone when I enquired about buying this scooter. Highly recommend.
