I’ve sent an email asking for information where why jacket is i spent my birthday money on this all for it not to arrive or have no follow up email most likely a scam

Horrible customer support!! They hired a delivery company to ship the product I ordered and they failed to deliver to the correct address. When I asked them for support in finding the package they stated there is nothing they can do. The people who delivered it aren’t responding to me so I feel robbed by this company

I am very disappointed with the shirt I received . I bought on good faith with hard-earned money . I ordered a 3XL and what I got was no bigger than an extra large . The material is very poor quality I measured the shirt I received against one that I own and it is so small . I contacted the company to inquire they have a 5xl but I doubt seriously that it's going to even equal what I need so I have opted to return the shirt . The correspondence with support has made it clear that upon them sending me a return label there is a 50% stocking fee on the website that I ordered this shirt from it says money back guarantee I'm willing to go for a 10% but 50 no no .
It says these shirts are made in America they are not they are made in China .
I absolutely will never do business with this company again and I have already put the word out friends and family do not shop through this company . I am a real person I have not been paid to post this review it is honest exact and straight to the point .
I even went on one site for reviews and posted pictures their shirt against my shirt and you can clearly see the difference how dare they misrepresent their product and then expect you to cough up money that they're not entitled to how hard is it to put a shirt back on a rack .

Great quality clothing with slick design and branding throughout!
The fit even on the oversized T-shirt’s are amazing!
Each piece I got has been washed since and no deterioration in the material from this which is a great sign!

Ordered two t-shirts (One Medium, One Large). I needed to return the medium as it was too small.

Beyond Co. processed the return in the most prompt manner and I was back with my new Large t-shirt in no time!

Products are of excellent quality and I will be returning for some more products!

Received one of the jumpers as a gift and would highly recommend as it fits well and is incredibly comfortable.

I messaged Beyond Co. on instagram to ask the some questions before purchase. They have a very quick respond rate which is very good. The package that I ordered came quickly and in great condition! The clothes I purchased were a great fit and feel really nice. they keep me very warm when working out and the also look very cool. Will recommend Beyond Co. to anyone looking for sports/ causal wear.

High quality products with a great choice of clothing. The long-sleeved tee was my favourite, as it had longer sleeves and a great fit. I love the brand and the guys running the business are great like-minded individuals that go above and beyond for customers.

I've recently ordered the black hex hem sweater and was surprised by the quality of it. The embroidery is bold and thick with no stray threads and the sweater itself is fairly warm, ideal for layering in the upcoming (winter) months.

Good quality products and fast delivery, what more could you ask for?
