I wish I would have read the horrendous reviews glad I know now not to waste any more money on here no wins definitely would not recommend

I have been a loyal customer exclusively with betway.ca And i must disappointingly admit that although they have a great platform, visuals, diversity of games, interactive games i.e leadership boards and promotions, their customer service really leaves much to be desired. I have experienced an issue where the accounts team failed to process a withdrawal on June 25,26. 3 days after not receiving funds i contact customer support, they mention it has been escalated to the appropriate dept funds will be paid within 48 hours. Days later still no deposit. Despite me reattempting to reach out to them on four occasion, a new excuse came up each time. Now 10 days later, they say "oops the account team cant do it we will escalate to operations team" Wait another 48-72hours"....

Tell me what is a reasonable time frame to allow withdrawals to be processed? And on top of that, no empathy or sincerely apology or explanation for the incompetence in handling the case was given to me. I even reached out to their managers to file a complaint. However, they responded "This isn't a valid complaint, reach out to the customer support team or portal for assistance". What kind of nonsense is this? Esp to a loyal customer of 2-3 years...

DISSAPOINTING...this is what you can expect from betway if things go wrong. They specialize in aggravating customers and still till today have not resolved my issue.

I am now on my third day waiting for my withdrawal.
I got a reply from Betway explaining how to access their chat support. For their information if you click on the “ I need more help” option it doesn’t connect you to a live agent. It connects you to NOTHING.
This site should be closed because it is a SCAM site.

Closed my account and refusing to payout winnings. Claimed I am underage despite being well above the legal age. Zero support for over a month from their customer service. No way of getting in contact with a human. Thieves.

STAY AWAY FROM BETWAY..I placed a $1 bet on a fewsame game parlay builder for world cup, everything won but because one of my selections didn't start the match that made my whole bet void...very dissapointing as most sportsbooks allow the bet to play on and only void the selection which was void (player not in the lineup)...Such a gut punch and sneak move..thank goodness I only lost $1...if I would have placed $1000 on the bet which I was planning to...I would've suffered a huge loss...never referring, never investing or ever using these guys again period.
The normal thing to do would be to allow the bet to flow on as a selection not starting the match should NEVER result in a losing bet...that simply makes no sense and to top it off...I lose the $1 & a whole bet with winning selections ...BETWAY DO BETTER...

Grabage scam site who takes your money for hostage don’t play there

I am completely frustrated with my experience. My account is 100% verified, and a $10 test withdrawal cleared instantly today, proving there is no banking or verification bottleneck on my end. However, my larger withdrawals ($200 and $60) have been frozen as 'Pending' for hours with zero technical or regulatory explanation.

When I contacted live support, the agent (Ilyaas) completely ignored the contradiction, relied entirely on a generic copy-paste script, and flatly refused to provide an internal escalation case/reference number before abruptly terminating the chat session and forcing me into a survey loop.

Withholding player funds without cause and refusing basic account accountability is completely unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately by a supervisor, a formal regulatory complaint will be filed with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario. Avoid this platform if you expect transparent handling of your money.

Really slow withdrawal times most companies take 2 hours max these days they still take 2 days and the betting markets are really poor I would avoid

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have had multiple bad experiences with Betway which is why I'm writing this review. Won a parlay and they took $250 from my winnings saying that there are "cancelled transaction fees" on my account. I have never once cancelled a transaction. I also deposited money into my app and they took double the amount out of my bank. Reached out weeks ago about this and it still has not been resolved. They will do anything to take your money and will not fix their mistakes/problems. Absolute scam and horrible customer service.

Please don’t put any money on this site. They are not regulated properly and they accept customers who have been excluded from gambling. They try to entice people with extra spins after deposits. I have deposited over £1000 and I received nothing

Betway is a legitimate, licensed global betting company rather than a inherently fraudulent "scam" site. However, it has numerous, highly negative user reviews regarding withdrawn funds, prolonged verification processes, and account closures, leading many users to describe their experience as scam-like.

Don't play on betway, can not contact them about their cheating casino. There is nothing of fair play, they don't believe in it. All they do is buy off the gaming commission, fricken brutal

Not sure why there’s so much negativity with this site.
I signed up a few days ago, deposited £60 ended up winning and withdrawing £500 which I received the next day.

Hi there betway is not such a they say there are ihave see 2 accounts of there winnings just gone. It's like this after open account everything works put voucher start playing after they this person wins try to withdraw nothing happened after calling them 2to 4 times or more what they do close your account it happens to me before when I call they told me it's me idid that guess the account never recover I try to change my phone to reopen they grant me to open new account while I still have another account and was having money in the account so platform like betway is very very bad most of us we trust betway as now this friend of mine the account is closed and there is money in the account more than R7000.. I used their bet insurance sign up offer, I lost my bet and did not get my money back. I tried contacting them multiple times, nothing was ever solved, and they ended up ghosting me. Do not use

My newly created account has been locked just after i made my first $2,000 deposited. Everytime when i have contacted them, I was asked to provide banking details with a proof of ID so that they could manually update my payment method, thing which I did more than 8 times by emails to their addresses. I was told that they would get back to me in 48 hours, thing which never happened. Now it's been over 7 weeks already, I still haven't got any feedback from them and my own money is still in their pockets. Complet scam of abetting site. If i could have made appstore remove this scammer app. I would have gladly asked them to remove it. I have moved on with a formal plainte with ADR.
