I ordered some jewelry from Betty Ray Jewelry and was very happy with it. I attempted to re-order earrings because I lost one of them and the website will not let me pay. Continues to say I have an incorrect credit card number even though I tried two or three different there is no option for PayPal. I have emailed with no response. Is this company out of business?
Decent look for the price but I paid for a bracelet that I cant open:(
Horrible jewelry made in China and it would cost almost $142.00 to return a 4 oz envelope to them for credit. Instead threw in trash.

Their website name as Bettymae US. Thats a real joke, its China and probably made by underage children.
Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get a response after writing to them 4 times. I requested an exchange only and no one responds. Their site states they will exchange an item within 30 days, but that appears to be a lie. I would not order from BettyRae Jewelry again.

I ordered a set of bracelets and just received. They are junk, make in CHINA. Their ads claim the items are from a jeweler going out of business that designed all the items. The items are thin, look like a cheap brassy metal. No design at all, just a few chains that could be purchased at Walmart for $2.50 each.
I would like a refund, but no response. I would say avoid these people, they are frauds.
And I imagine all of these reviews are totally fake.
CHEAP CRAP MADE IN HONG KONG! Their FB page claims this elegant woman was hand designing this crafted high end jewelry. Due to age she is retiring yet this is mass produced crap. Don't waste your $. This junk can be bought here in the US at Clares or any other cheap junk store. I wasted $97 with no way to return these items. The rest of the good reviews have to be fake! I should have known better!
This stuff is cheap plastic jewelry from China. Received the natural pearl necklace and the "pearls" are plastic! As is the rest of the necklace itself. This is junk! Please stay away from this crappy stuff!
